Just like any other iHop. Full of people ready for some pancakes. The only thing I would have to say is that they upgrade their system for waitlist. Had 2 different employees doing different methods at the same time to get us served. It was more confusing than helping. We eventually did get served. I came on veterans day and order the red white and blue pancake item. It was pretty good.

We ordered from here and my omelet got missed, and I was so disappointed.. I called up and talked to the manager he was so kind and respectful and I got a refund and he remade my food and brought it to me!

Walking into the establishment, we were greeted with a very friendly welcome by a gentleman who showed us to our seat. The atmosphere was very comfortable and welcoming. I noticed how friendly and warm the staff were. It showed they have great management by the way each interacted. Food was great, too.

First off, the staff all smelled like they just finished smoking up some drugs. Bacon was under cook, eggs undercooked, pancakes had unrecognizable green spots in it. And we didn’t even silverware till 8 minutes after the food arrived. Never again at this location… gross

For was okay.
Steak tips taste fine, some parts were burnt. Fries were good. Pancakes were delicious.

Sheararh, the waitress was one of the best IHop servers we have EVER had. We travel alot and have been to several IHop all over USA. The food was consistently good as other IHOPs, but the customer service is what put this IHop over the top.

Not happy with he waiter who seem to be super busy while taking my order which I understand but kept coming back asking what did I want over and over again. I am not so happy about the portion of the food as well. It used to be so good and look so appealing but now no more.
