Horrible experience we waited an hour after ordering our food and never got it and was told repeatedly we would. People who arrived after us got there food sooner as well as a man who re ordered his meal got his sooner. We talked about possibly canceling the order and talking to the manager however he never showed up and we were informed he canceled our order without discussing it to us.

I hate to make reviews like this because the waitress was really nice and the food was really good and I know she was probably doing the best she could but my husband’s food did not come with the rest and it took quite some time to inform the waitress because she was probably busy so anyways my husband’s food finally came after we were almost done eating so that spoiled it for me. The food took a long time to come and it took a long time to get our check so we can leave. The food and atmosphere were great so maybe they just need more employees to service the customers?

Meal was great and workers are friendly but double check your other, so you are paying for what you ordered. I got a meal off the value menu, but was charged for the full size meal. And got bacon instead of sausage. Would have rather tipped the extra I paid, to the friendly workers. But the food was delicious and delivered mostly on time

I’m posting this because our server Israel was incredibly patient and tried really hard to make our experience as good as he could, considering the kitchen messed up our entire order and we had to ask for them to fix the same problem three times and the food came out so slowly that no one at our table were able to eat together. He checked in on us frequently and was very detail oriented when taking our order the recipe had no mistakes so he can’t carry any of the blame for the issues we were dealing with when it came to our meal.

I was pleased with the service. And happy that Grandview finally got something different. We got seated in less than 30 minutes, our drinks arrived fast and our waitress constantly checked up on us, made sure everything was fine. Our food arrived 50 minutes after we placed our order. When our food arrived, it was cold, undercooked and most of our sides were substituted for completely different things than what we ordered. The cooks, back of house need more training. Will give them another chance in the future.

Went to Applebees IHOP location for the first time in my hometown and it didn’t disappoint. Was there for breakfast at 7am on Sunday. It was not busy. The greeter was very nice and we got seated right away. Our server Krystal was fantastic and friendly. She was very attentive and checked on us multiple times throughout. I got coffee and wife got a soda. Coffee was hot and delicious. We ordered from the value menu as we were not super hungry. The food was excellent and tasty. We got omelet, french toast, pancakes, and hash browns among our orders. Good was cooked well and tasted delicious. Service was fast atmosphere was spectacular. We could tell every worker we came in contact with was trained in friendly customer service the way they interacted with us. We loved the new restaurant setup with TVs especially in the bar area. There was a very unfortunate event that management handled with extreme professionalism. Breakfast with a show I guess. I recommend this business and plan to return many times in the future. Also would like to mention this is the first week this business is open. It gets extremely busy in the evenings and weekends. With that being said I recommend having a little bit of patience as they are just beginning to establish themselves. I will add photos on future visits. We love this place already.

This location opened one week ago. The interior design is welcoming. The wait staff is pleasant and attentive. There is something not going well in the kitchen. It took nearly an hour to receive our food (the restaurant was only half full) and one of our two orders came out wrong. The food was still the typical good IHOP quality. The restaurant is certainly a positive addition to the Grandview area.

I ordered food online and when we went to go pick it up we were informed that they didn’t receive our online order we placed and paid, after waiting another 30 mins our food tasted cold and wasn’t even complete.

The wait to be seated was 20 minutes which is okay if they didn’t seat others first that came in later than we. After being seated it took another 20 minutes to take our order. Now 30 minutes later we are still waiting for our food. All of this leads to absolutely poor management. The young people working here can only do so much without proper leadership. Very poor experience.
