Not a lot of customers but still had to wait to be seated, order and get my food. Probably a staffing problem because my waitress was very attentive. Also, I ordered what is probably not one of the most often ordered at this location. Guessing the kitchen staff are super busy. My Poblano Benedict was very good. Eggs a little overdone and meal has cooled by the time I got it. Still I will order Poblano Benefict again. It was tasty. The hash browns were crispy. I am taking half the order home for later. Very satisfying meal. Friendly staff. Bright, clean atmosphere.

I have been to this IHOP location on 5 occasions over the past 2 years. The first few visits were what you could expect from a chain diner style experience. The food was decent, the restaurant was clean, we were seated quickly, and the service was friendly.
Unfortunately, after my most recent experience, I will not be returning to this location. I am a single mom of a toddler and we do not go out very often. He enjoys the pancakes and drawing on the menu so we like to go to IHOP as a treat. We ordered a sampler to share, a kids milk, coffee, and water.
I’m not sure what was bothering our waitress, but she seemed cold and didn’t respond to me when I spoke to her unless absolutely necessary. I was polite and said please and thank you when interacting with her. When she brought our dishes and drinks, my water glass was filthy. There were food particles all over the glass as if she had simply filled an old dirty cup and served me. The dishes were also completely dirty.
I asked another worker that was nearby if I could please get clean dishes and she said “Oh my goodness, of course.” My waitress returned with more dishes and a little more attitude. I continued to be polite and say thank you. Then she brought out our food and my eye immediately went to the hashbrown brick on the plate. I tried to cut into it and the potatoes were so stale and firm that they wouldn’t cut. It was like she retrieved the oldest piece of food from the back to serve us. I quietly set the hashbrowns aside on the edge of the table and continued to try and salvage a nice experience with my son.
Our waitress noticed the hashbrowns and came to ask if we would like more or something else like fruit. At that point, I was scared to see what she might produce from the back so I simply said fruit would be fine. After we finished the rest of our food, I stacked the plates together as I always do. She retrieved them and brought me the check. $29.96 for that experience. I paid $35 and said no change, to which she seemed surprised. As if she knew she sabotaged our experience and expected no tip.
I will not be returning.

My first time eating here. They were polite, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. I was impressed on how fast our order was. It was fully cooked and exactly what we ordered. That’s unusual for me my order is almost always wrong. Everyone else’s will be right but mine will be messed up at times it’s not even in the bag or brought to the table my meal was forgotten yet it never missed being on the bill. I’ve been out to eat on double date with friends and they just didn’t make my order brought 3 meals to the table…..so this is a huge deal for me. When we left we weren’t full n frumpy we were happy energized and ready to tackle the rest of our day. That comes from the atmosphere so highly recommend eating here. Arlington restaurant on November 25,2025 at 12:45 pm this crew works together beautifully.

Service was good, but it was cold in the restaurant. The food took like 25mins to arrive, and it was okay. I also tried the Pineapple Lemonade it was pretty good. I didn’t get a picture. Over all I would not come back.

Feb 6th 2026. My family of 4 adults and my 2 year old. Around 6pm we one in. Had to wait to be seated was seated where we asked. We had a waitress with glasses and black hair last night. I forgot to get her name. We got sat down and we got our drinks. From there it was down hill. We waited forever for her to come back to get our order. So we ordered an appetizer. And all our meals. Then we proceed to wait. For at least 30 mins for our appetizer. Then our actually food took forever to come out!!! AND WHEN IT CAME OUT THE FOOD WAS COLD!!! I SHOULDNT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO HOLD MY FOOD IN MY HAND AS SOON AS IT WAS BROUGHT TO MY TABLE!!!!!! I instantly told the waitress the same thing. Mind you I have a 2 year old. And his food was coolest!!! She proceeded to tell me she had to go speech to her manager. Who wasn’t even at the store. And took forever to come back. And then gives us a senior discount on the meals…. 10% . This is insane. Mind you it wasn’t busy at all. They had 2 cooks an 2 waitresses. This is what your job is Mind you. Then my son didn’t eat any of his food because IT WAS COLD! I proceeded to ask the waitress for boxes. Takes her another 20 to 30 mins to bring me boxes and my extra gravy and refills for all of the drinks at the table. Never settle for less when you are paying good money for what is supposed to be good food. I have never had a problem going here. But that night was OUTRAGEOUS! my 2 year old didn’t eat. And I wanted to leave right then. But the waitress took her sweet time and hung out in the back/ kitchen. No thank you. Customer service was terrible from her… and Mind you it wasn’t busy when we ordered our food….

Literally everyone who works here is the nicest I’ve ever met. Their food is super fresh and super affordable. When you’re in a pinch and in a hurry, you mostly come here because the elders in the family like it. It’s not my number one choice, but we got exceptional service during the holidays. First we were sat at a dirty table, the hostess brought us coffee but since our table hadn’t been turned over there were no cups. Our waitress came and noticed right away that the table needed cleaned, which she did bringing us a new pot of coffee amd cups. Our order came out quick and was good. The busser, who was busting his ass to keep tables cleared came by about 5 mins after clearing our last dishes and we asked if he could send our waitress, nobody wanted to take responsibility for our table as a little not my table discussion happened in full view of my table, then the hostess came with our check. We asked if we paid her or up front, she said at the table and left but still no one came so we could pay. We tried to flagdown several waitress but noone would even look our way. I finally walked over to the waitress station and said that if they didnt want us to pay i would be walking out because i had already been waiting over 10 mins to pay and just like that everyone seemed to want to help us and tell us to have a good day. we were told they our waitress had gone on break. We could have walked out and they probably still wouldn’t know that we hadn’t paid. They seemed busier when we left then when we got there so being too busy is not an excuse iam willing accept for being ignored.

We were told 10 min for table, then time went up to 1hr. We understand we had a party of 7 but there were at lot of party of 4 and 2 that got seated right away!
Service was great but at the moment we got our food wasn’t hot, we waited an other 50 to 60 min to get our food (wich I understand it was a large table) but not acceptable for our food to be cold, we didn’t complain because kids were hungry and se were we. (Manager needs to improve and move people around) Just saying.

I experienced unprofessional service from Shannon P. Following the birth of my baby, my sister treated me to a meal, but Shannon’s reaction to a tip was unwarranted. When we requested four to-go boxes from her coworker, Shannon intervened, stating she would retrieve them, but only brought back three. After my sister paid with a card, Shannon took the receipt, examined it, and then threw it on the cash register, proceeding to process the payment with a poor attitude. She then went on to complain about us to her coworker. Upon asking if a manager was available, Shannon informed me that none would be present until Friday. When my sister accidentally dropped her food, Shannon failed to offer assistance, instead standing by with an irritated demeanor. In contrast, her coworker stepped in, inquiring if we required help or a bag, showcasing a stark difference in service style. Given the circumstances, my sister initially intended to leave a substantial tip in cash due to issues with card tips, but Shannon’s treatment towards us led her to reconsider, although she did leave something. Notably, Shannon’s behavior towards us differed significantly from her interactions with other guests, leading me to wonder if our ethnicity played a role in her actions.
