end-of-Winter Season
March 7, 2026 on a Saturday
between 10:00am to 11:00am
party of 8 adults and 2 children
I was pleasantly surprised that IHOP was able to accommodate our larger-than-usual group with very little wait time. When we arrived the restaurant looked about 75% full, and by the time we were leaving it was close to fully occupied, so that was impressive.
FOOD: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The food was great and the portions were excellent for the price. Everything we ordered came out correctly and we didn’t run into any issues with our meals.
SERVICE: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Service was good overall. Our waitress was nice and the server who helped bring out the food was also friendly. We didn’t experience any service problems. The only small thing I’d mention is that we were asked “how is everything?” quite a few times shortly after the food arrived—probably four times or more. It may just be part of their service routine, but being asked while we’d only taken a couple bites (and sometimes in the middle of conversations) felt a bit excessive. Personally, I think most customers will flag someone down if something isn’t right.
ATMOSPHERE: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The atmosphere was fine and comfortable. There was also plenty of parking available in the area during our visit.
Overall, a good experience with good food and accommodating service.
The correct side has three disability parking spots, no unloading zones unfortunately. Two sets of doors that open outwards, no push buttons to open them that I could see (please correct me if I’m wrong- I’ve seen y’all are pretty good at responding to reviews).
Interior was great, lots of space between the tables and a good mix of booths and tables. Incredibly clean- I forgot to get photos unfortunately but it was absolutely spotless. If an iHop could feel fancy, this one would be fancy.
Our waiter was Maricela and she was really nice- offered water, coffee, hot chocolate at the start of our visit. At the end my friends and I were pretty bad at communicating how many to-go boxes we needed and she took it in stride.
I got the spinach and mushroom omelette with fruit, and my friends got the chicken fried steak with pancakes and the bacon and egg sandwich with cheese sauce. Also hot chocolate and coffee- both were good, definitely good for the rainy day it was.
Everything was awesome- I ended up with leftovers for a second meal, and my friend with the steak had enough leftover for seconds and thirds. We didn’t try the pancakes and chose to take them home, but they looked super fluffy. Just really good amounts of food for your standard sit-down chain restaurant pricing nowadays.
In terms of bathrooms, I didn’t use them but I saw they had them. With the condition (positive) of the main areas, I’m pretty sure they’re clean.
Overall, might have a little difficulty navigating parking and entry depending on what type of mobility aid you’ve got and if you’re alone. For me and my group today, highly recommend, and thank you for your service.
Service was good as usual.
I was impressed and surprised by the new to-go containers that separate the food items. Very nice!!
