I had a great and wonderful meal at the IHOP location in Renton, Washington. My server was phenomenal and she was very polite and courteous. The food was delicious and hot. I think I will dine in there more often as I have recently moved to Renton.

I love ❤️ going to IHOP and ordering the Spicy Poblano Omelette—it’s my absolute favorite! and My better-half (husband) loves the Colorado Omelette! Their pancakes are slam-dunken delicious!
IHOP is the only place I know that will make my Omelette with egg whites Only if you ask, which I really appreciate.
The customer service at this location was friendly,and accommodating. The place needs updating for sure. Not as nice compared to other locations.
The cook (I didn’t catch her full name, but it started with a (Z) prepared our food exactly the way we requested.
IHOP has a variety of foods to choose from- breakfast, lunch and dinner! Their menu even includes gluten-free items vegan as well. Honestly, when I come I only eat what is my favorite item. Other than that I could say what the other items would taste like. A rule of thumb is to eat what they specialize

I normally don’t go this location only because I needed other stores in that area but do definitely stay away . They need a whole new staff. It took 15 minutes to get coffee and juice my 4yo that was really thirsty . It wasn’t even busy being on Friday before noon . It took almost 1hr to get our food to come out and guess what even so my steak and eggs were cold I could tell it was made Long time and sitting there . The waitress wasn’t even that busy with other ppl . It was another waitress I saw actually doing her job than the one we had . Not to mention in the end having finished my pancakes I see hair on the plate. Definitely not mine as I wear a headscarf . Disgusting place to even think to grab quick breakfast with your child.

Thank you to our server, Jorge! We always do IHOP on Christmas Day as a tradition and Jorge gave us the best service out of all the locations we’ve been to over the years.
Jorge, thank you for dealing with my teenagers frustratingly slow order, and helping him with side substitutions. Also for interpreting my youngest’s attempt at ordering.
You were quick with our coffee and beverages, and didnt even roll your eyes when we ordered 2 milkshakes first thing in the morning, or when we ordered a ton of breakfast sampler plates.
Service was so amazing, and you made our Christmas morning that much more magical.

Forget the fact that it takes forever to get your order (even the appetizer ), the whole reasons kids order the happy face pancake is to see the happy face in the pancake as pictured in the menu. After what felt like forever, we got the pancake and when we asked what about happy face, she got us some chocolate chips and cream and said you can make your own. Also we asked for water (basic courtesy) consistently and haven’t gotten it.

I went last Saturday on February 28th with family and I got my favorite (country fried steak and eggs) and my sister didn’t tell me till later that it looked funky. I ate it because I was really hungry. I got half way through and got really nauseous and was sick the weekend because of it. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Food was good, but service could’ve been better. Waitress barelyyyy checked up on us, got one of our drinks wrong, never came back to give us refills.. mind you, it wasn’t even that busy either.. And she never came around to pick up the check.. eventually we just dropped cash on the table and left because the wait was just ridiculous..

Never again. I almost never eat bacon but was craving a BLT while stuck at home, sick. What I got was the tiniest sandwich I’ve had and for $12 plus tax. The whole sandwich was smaller than my small hands. It looked like they split one slice of canon into tiny pieces across the whole sandwich and threw on some wilted lettuce and an oddly sour slice of tomato. The condiments we requested were left off. So no ketchup for the bland fries. Onion rings are the one thing we can actually enjoy from this.
Maybe the policy is to do as little as possible for delivery orders since it’s hard to send it back. I don’t know, but I will
Never find out, now. We won’t be going back and our office will definitely not utilize them for meetings anymore. They used to be dependable and good enough. What happened?
I’d give less stars for service if I could limit it to whomever is in the kitchen today. However, the staff there has always been nice and I don’t want to ding them as a result of one person and whomever is overseeing quality control, today.
