It was very clean. The employees were very attentive – not in an annoying way. Pricing is about normal, but the meals come with more than most places for the price. Hot chocolate is much more than just a Swiss Miss packet. Very rich and creamy. Meat was all very tasty. Very enjoyable atmosphere. We didn’t think from the location that it would be anywhere as nice as it was, but it was a pleasant surprise. Will go again.

For an American coffee shop, I give them a 9/10. If you like steak and eggs, try their Tri-tips and eggs. It’s excellent. Tender and flavorful. The being your core in a little insulated pot, so you can keep your cup warm. The servers are friendly and the pricing is reasonable.

Nothing wrong with our food but Taylor was so brief with us that we were both very shocked. The manager was engaging and friendly and clearly very busy. And then she stood there watching very quietly to be sure there was a tip left on the receipt as my friend was writing it.

I bring my developmentally disabled buddy here often. The staff always takes extra effort to make him feel special and welcome. It is nice for me as his helper to know of a place where I can count on the staff to acknowledge him, which is what he needs most in life, but I am equally fortunate that the other dinners that frequent this establishment are kind people who will at times stop by and say hi to my buddy. An environment of tolerance and kindness.

I have a steak, onion, mushrooms with scrambled eggs and hash browns. I couldn’t even eat the steak it was so horrible tasting. I couldn’t decide if they were trying to cover up the taste of the meat or if the sauce they came up with was maple syrup. It was horrible and I didn’t feel good all night by the next day. They didn’t even ask me how my meal was just handed me a bill

I had been looking forward to going to ihop for a while because the town I live in doesn’t have one and I’m a big pancake fan, but my oh my the service here was pretty insane. We didn’t get our drinks till after we got our food, and when I went up to our server (Isabella E.) to ask if we could get our drinks just as a friendly reminder, she seems totally dismissive and like she didn’t care at all. We then waited another 7-8 mins for our drinks to arrive. We had finished our food before the drinks came. Also, when our server gave us our check, she just threw it on the table without acknowledging us at all, and walked away immediately. Turns out she also gave us the wrong receipt. I don’t know if it’s corporate or something since there seemed to be only 3 people working (not including the kitchen), but I was really shocked to be treated this way, especially since we were really patient. My first time not tipping at a restaurant. Very disappointed.

I don’t tend to go to to restaurants like this often, but my brother-in-law really wanted to. It was surprisingly clean and quiet, and the server was incredible. Large servings and the food was good.

I’ve been to a lot of iHops over the years. This one is first rate. Clean: nothing is sticky (as can often be the case in pancake houses), clean tables, clean menus, sparkling syrup bottles, clean floor. Service: Staff is friendly and professional. Atmosphere: well maintained interior –looks newly renovated! Food: hot & well plated and what you’d want and expect from an iHop. Love Eugene!

This place has been pretty consistently good the past few times ive come here. Waitresses are always nice and kind despite being an hour before close, they always get the food just the way I request it, and the atmosphere is pretty relaxing. Only tidbit I could recommend is maybe changing out the music, but otherwise, id recommend it here. Deserves a bit more than a 3.5

Can I rate less than zero ? This is absolutely terrible. Toast came cold. Food took over an hour. Never once asked if we wanted refills. Toast served without jelly. Pancakes served without syrup. Silverware had to be asked for. No butter on our toast. Really disappointed and won’t be returning.
