Very nice got there 1 hour before closing and we were the only ones there but still took excellent care of us. Everything was fresh and tasted good. Very clean. The waiter was very nice.

We were excited for our son’s first visit to IHOP to celebrate his 7th birthday. Instead, we left disappointed with the service. We were seated promptly but without any menus. Drink orders taken and still no menus 15 minutes later. Our server was no where to be seen so we ended up getting menus ourselves from the hostess station. The restaurant did not appear to be very busy. Our server, who appeared overwhelmed, finally came to take food orders after another 10 minutes or so. By this time we just want to get our food and leave. Fortunately, our food came out quickly and quality was consistent with IHOP expectations. Server did not check back on us, even though we wanted to add on orders and there were no other staff that we were able to find to flag down. By the time she came back, she dropped off the check, and we have already finished our meals and been waiting for another 15 mins or so, so did not bother with the additional orders. Also, when she returned with the check for my signature, she stood next to me and looked on while I signed/wrote the tip. That felt uncomfortable and odd- why she stayed around just for that when every other establishment you sign and leave your check on the table. Was hoping for a special birthday experience for our kiddo but this wasn’t it.

Welcome to the first new IHOP in Tigard/Lake Oswego. Just opened 3 weeks ago and the location is immaculately clean. They have great small breakfast specials for under $10. A seniors menu, and all of the classic IHOP delights. They recently revamped the menu a year or so ago, and IHOP has a nice variety of things to choose from. They do breakfast, lunch, and even dinner if you want it. I was greeted by nice and friendly staff, seated quickly and offered some nice specialties. They have All the fun fruit syrups and delicious breakfast treats!
If you’re in the area, haven’t been to an IHOP in a while, or just want to dive into a stack of pancakes or Eggs and bacon and toast! This spot has it all.
Don’t be afraid to dive into the food/fun!
They have a great new $7 “house faves” menu which is fun to pick 2 and make it into a nice big breakfast.

Was the smallest Ihop my husband and I have ever been to, they did have a little bit of extra seating outside. Upon entering we didnt wait long to be seated by our server. I got the 2x2x2 Blueberry pancakes eggs bacon sausage, my husband ordered the country fried steak hashbrowns eggs: eggs were undercooked, the blueberry pancakes only had one section of the pancake with them which those could’ve been made better, the hash brown and steak were decent. The manager on at the time “Tammy” brought out our food in a rudely manner, rude about how I had asked for the blueberry topping on the side instead of on top as it is too much for me, rudely placing the plates on the table plus the attitude when my husband nicely corrected her on our order. As she took the wrong plates back the atmosphere was so quiet we could hear her slamming them in the kitchen. Our server Makia however, was amazing and made our visit at this Ihop somewhat worth it as he apologized for the order mixup, got us everything we needed, checked up on us all at the same time he was sitting others who walked in, taking others orders and doing the payments for other tables. He was great! My husband and I appreciate you Makia!! (:

Ihop New location: use to be where sweet tomatoes was located. Bri, Adriana, Kale, & myself had a great meal here. Friendly waitstaff, nice location, cozy & modern. Excellent food.

I think the great things about IHOP, is that you always know how the food will taste. Consistency is definitely not a bad thing. The staff was friendly. The food was good. The restaurant was clean. I’m a lover of breakfast, any time of day, so I’ll be back.

It was a strange experience. It’s a very small location, the servers were just OK, the food was good and bad and I ended up with food poisoning. So, not a great experience. I knew my hollandaise was warm and cold, but I didn’t understand the risk I was taking in eating it. One of the servers had on a full puffy parka and big scarf and was serving food. Odd, very odd. I was asked if I needed anything else and politely asked if I could please have some jam…cue the big eye roll. The whole experience was, by far, my strangest restaurant experience. And, food poisoning to boot. And, yes, I know it was from here, as I didn’t eat anything by else.

Had a great experience here on Christmas Day. The restaurant was busy but the staff were friendly and they did a great job keeping everything moving. The food was great, the restaurant was clean, and the whole experience was top-notch. Everything exceeded our expectations. They took great care of our group and we left very satisfied and very happy. We will be back.

I came to this location for the second time a few months ago and had breakfast. The first time I came the restaurant was practically brand new and the food and service was great.
Fast forward about six months and it was like a completely different place. The server was clearly not interested in helping us and even gave us false information – he said they “definitely still had the Impossible sausages” and placed our order. After taking a few bites I could tell right away it was real meat. How do you not know your own menu and falsely tell your customers their food is safe to eat? Was he hoping we wouldn’t notice and just didn’t care? What if we had been allergic?
The first time coming here was great, the second was terrible, there won’t be a third time.
