Been coming here for years. Went through multiple managers. Jess was nice, Tiffany was sweet and kind, new guy won’t even tell us his name and talks down to you. Sounds like an upper management problem to me. I asked who I could complain to. I was told to call and ask for Lonney. Never even got a call back.
Now there is cockroaches on the tables? This is gross and a health hazard. This place needs help and new management. You got rid of all the good managers. Don’t get rid of Marcus or Maria or I won’t come back.

It was a wild day at IHOP. Maria seated us at a booth. Initial problem was the not wiped down.
She fixed this.
Then she took our order.
The computerized system ate the order.
This was discovered when she checked for our food at the counter of the kitchen. Nothing there at all.
She remembered nearly every detail of the now missing order, and she then went to the kitchen and verified they had the order this time.
Once our food finally showed up I was really sad I hadn’t ordered the gluten free pancakes. My t-bone steak was wafer thin and not very tasty.
My basic pancakes were good, the eggs were good as well.
The gluten free pancakes were some of the best pancakes I had ever eaten.
Complex flavors and a beautiful texture.
And with 4 full sized cakes, it was more than enough to eat.
And if you’re lucky enough to get there some day when Maria is there – ask to be seated in her section.

The food was fine. Hard to do wrong with such a basic meal. The server was very nice but because she had a large group next to my table my service was a bit slow. I was disappointed with the coffee. There was plenty of it but it was quite weak.

My server was fine but I sent my eggs back because they were overcooked. I’ve been in restaurant for 3 decades and it really gets under my skin when managers don’t show up at tables when there is an issue. If you have time to say hi to happy regulars but not time to speak with unhappy ones you aren’t a manager, you’re an overpaid host.

I mean I wouldn’t go to an ihop expecting very much anyway. For a relatively cheap breakfast it wasn’t horrible. When we got there (party of 6) it wasn’t busy at all however we were made to wait for 10 minutes for a table. Not super sure why. Food overall again just ok. The fruit cup consisted of a sad piece of water melon, flavorless honey dew melon, pineapple and a few grapes. Turkey bacon? More like grease flop thing. Bacon? Skinny as a twig and crispy. I’m sure you could request it different. The server was nice. No Dr Pepper here just so you know. And for my fellow southerners there isn’t any sweet tea either. French toast is thick and fluffy. The gluten free pancakes won’t be fluffy but that’s to be expected.

My omlet was beautiful. The peppers and onions were undercooked and still tasted very raw. The holandais sauce was superb. This omlet was beautiful yet dissappointing.
My pancakes tasted great but they were so cold they didn’t even melt the butter blob on top. Pair that with the cold syrup at the table and it is just meh.
The service was excellent.

I ordered the breakfast bowl and my wife ordered the everything in it.
The breakfast bowl was supposed to have 2 eggs and they were scrambled, but only looked like 1 egg. The hash browns on the side wad hot in the middle but cold on the outside.
It also looked very small compared to the one by Vancouver mall in washington.
My wifes breakfast looked and tasted like it was microwaved. Bacon was very chewy, ham was dry and cold, pancakes and French toast was old looking.
Wife said she wanted a tea but the waitress came out with 2 coffee. Over all it

On 1/13 I came to this location around 12 in the afternoon. When I got there there was no one up front waited about a minute. So I went to find someone to let them know I was up front told her I have been waiting. Her response was no you haven’t I was just up there I’ll be right with you. So she comes up front assumed I was there for pick up cause it was just me told her I was dining in. I got sat at a single person booth but I went there to do hw so I wanted more space asked the server if I could move to a bigger booth for space. They told me no cause they were going to get a rush. Mind you there’s only two other tables no one at the door and it’s a Tuesday. I have worked as a server/bartender for over 10 years. If I ever told a guest this I would’ve been fired. I have never heard of not accommodating someone. Specially where they wanted to be seated. At the restaurant I work at we always seat single people at a booth specifically if they have a laptop and are doing work. I also would’ve left a great tip specially since I planned on being there a couple hours. And even if they did “all of a sudden” get a rush I would’ve been happy to move. They did not handle this well at all!

I came to this IHOP location with my family for a quick dinner. All I have to say is that our waiter, Marcus, was the best! He came by and asked if we needed anything multiple times, waters were filled and our food came out super quick. Marcus was kind and conversational, and because of his service it was a top notch dinner. Thanks Marcus!

Marcus was our server/host. What an outstanding server/host Marcus is. Very attentive to the needs of not only my party but others as well. The food came fast, hot and delicious! Atmosphere is pleasant too with nice big boths that can fit a party of six easily and isolate the surrounding boths. All in all my party and I will coming back to this location. Thanks to YOU Marcus for going above and beyond in your service. See you soon!
