We came here for breakfast. My husband and I each made our own omelet. He requested an extra egg however we were told it was put in my omelet. Before I dug in I found a hair and it was sent back to be remade. The waitress said she’d bring an extra egg on the side to my husband when she brought back my food. The extra egg never arrived. Our daughter ordered a kids burger. She finished most of it before we saw the inside and saw that it was barely cooked. Had we seen that before she ate, we would not have had her eat a raw burger! We didn’t know we needed to inspect it! When the bill came, we were given no compensation for the food issues. We told the waitress about the burger and she said she’d get the manager. She left and came back immediately and said sorry and took my credit card. No manager came. We then asked for the manager who came out and asked what the trouble was. We explained and he said yes, he knew about the burger and just saw it. He then tried to play dumb and ask if the burger was red in the middle or just on the edges. He asked if we paid and we said yes. He told us if we had talked to him sooner, he would have given us compensation but they are not able to reopen checks. We will never be back. This is unacceptable. We had hair in our food, undercooked meat and messed up orders. Horrible, horrible experience!

Stopped in at this Ihop location. Very open dinning room. Plenty of booth seating. Service was bland. No real energy. It felt like
(ci ci) she was just going thru the motions. Food was okay. I could tell that my bf’s hash browns were old. The Colorado omelet was okay. Much smaller than other I hops. The hi light was the French Toast.

I came with my dad my waiter was pretty good and nice got my drink quickly and food food was Amazing it took some time like 5 to 10 mins but it was worth the wait the price was eh but it was amazing will come back

I don’t think the food has any seasoning on it. It’s always bland and plain. The last time we were in the lady was telling us that they now offered loaded hashbrowns. Didn’t tell us that they cost more so I got them thinking it would be the same price bill came and it was an up charge and they weren’t great waiter are usually nice but it’s just the food it needs way more flavor and seasons added.

It took 20 minutes to order after we were seated. Service was nice, but she only checked on us 1 time while we were there. 10:30 it was not busy. The food came fast, but the portions were small. My lady’s bacon tasted weird and was so thin you could almost see through it. We had to send it back and got sausage for replacement. We were charged 3.99 each for 2 coffees and only got 1 refill, expensive. Outside smelled like sewage. Most likely won’t be going back.

IHOP is one of our favorite places to eat, mainly because of the wide selection of dishes they offer. The crepes are particularly exceptional, and we love indulging in them whenever we visit. The atmosphere at the restaurant is wonderful, with a cozy and inviting ambiance that makes us feel right at home. The service is also top-notch, with attentive staff who are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that our dining experience is a memorable one. Overall, we highly recommend IHOP for anyone looking for a great place to eat.

Food was very good but pretty expensive. Everything was very corporate and controlled. Very small portion of hash browns. Tiny pot of coffee one napkin. Good service l just don’t like spending $50 for me and my wife when I can go down the street to Wichita and It’s under $25.00 for the Two of us .
