Wow..not the IHop of my memory. The new IHop Applebee’s in Red Bluff is not serving IHop quality breakfast. My pancakes, what they are known for, was the saddest pancake I have ever paid for. Flat and no flavor. Not fluffy and buttery as it should have been. Tasted like they use the cheapest Krusteaz pancake mix and water..yuck. $4.50 for a cup of regular ole coffee…really? Over $60.00 for three very not like IHOP breakfasts. What happened to pride in the quality of the food being served? The prices are not family friendly at all. Send your people to the IHOP in San Francisco to be trained….they are serving it like IHOP always has…lucious fluffy pancakes and perfect breakfasts.

Extremely pricey. It was $50 for just my mom and me at breakfast. They don’t have the same deals you see on tv because they’re different than the standalone restaurant. Won’t be back anytime soon.
