The ranch for the fries was delicious I loved the junior cupcake pancake on the kids menu the milkshakes are fluffy and yummy. And it also had Applebee’s for my dad to order from. The end. -Mia

If I could give 0 stars I would. This was the first time I ever went to a resturant and didn’t leave a tip. First, we got there and the hostess was so quiet we couldn’t hear her. Turns out she was asking if we were okay with sitting in the bar area. It was a really uncomfortable atmosphere, with the table of 4 !right! behind talking with at least 2 kids and us able to hear every word, the bright neon lights with little other lighting. The music was so loud my husband and I could barely hear each other over it. We considered asking to move tables but it took 15 minutes for anyone to come back to our table. Our server finally came, took our drink and food order at the same time. A 2nd girl brought us our drinks, and then a 3rd woman brought us our food. Our food came and the pancakes looked laughable on the large plate, and my husbands omelette looked so sad and deflated on his also large plate. The server had asked if he wanted hashbrowns (we thought the omelette came with 2 pancakes) But my husband said sure. We got just my pancakes and his omlette, no hashbrowns. Our server never came to check in on us, no other worker ever asked how the food was, if we needed a refill, nothing. It was like they actively avoided our table. It wasn’t until our server brought us the check and said “whenever youre ready” and my husband said “I never got my hashbrowns” and he said “let me get those for you” …. my husbands meal was already gone, we were done and just wanted to leave. 2 minutes later he brings out a weird almost burnt square of hashbrowns – never once apologizing for not bringing them. We paid 37.01$ exactly, for mediocre small pancakes, a sad omelette, burnt hashbrowns, an off putting atmosphere, and very poor customer service. Literally go anywhere else. Even if you think to yourself “I just need my Pancake fix” go somewhere else. We do have the competing breakfast chain here in Chico, and I’d venture to say you’d get more bang for your buck than this disappointment of a restuarant. Or go somewhere local if you can. Save your money and your time. Avoid here unless you like subpar food, service, and atmosphere.

Great start ihop! Friendly hostess greeting, seated right away. Friendly waitress came right away and took my drink order and then my breakfast order.
I ordered the bacon and cheese scramble, it was cooked perfectly and very good, it came with hash browns that were also cooked perfectly and crispy. Servers check on me a few time and I left happy and full.

Price for small food portions, two incorrect meals were brought out. Food was underwhelming. Staff was friendly and polite and the location was clean. Will not return.
