Came in today with my dad to eat breaskfast as usual was pack busy as always but we go sat down right away at devon section shes my go as a waitress simply because of the fact shes really good at serving and doing her job shes very kind and friendly plus she does a good job on checking up on you to see, how’s your food? And she’s on top on filling your drinks so I highly recommend Devon as a waitress.

We had a fantastic experience at IHOP, and a huge part of that was our amazing waitress, Violet! From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She made sure our drinks were always full, our food came out just right, and she checked in at all the perfect times without ever rushing us. Violet’s positive attitude and great customer service really stood out and made our meal even more enjoyable. It’s clear she takes pride in what she does. We’ll definitely be back and we hope to have Violet as our waitress again!

Our server, Jessica, was the worst waiter we’ve ever had. After she delivered our food, she was nowhere to be found. She never checked on us to see if we needed drink refills or anything else, and she didn’t even glance at our table. We had to wait almost 30 minutes just to get her attention so we could pay. She was completely unhelpful, especially compared to the other waiter who was actively walking around and checking on their tables.

I came in with my son and overall the customer service was great — our server did an amazing job and was very attentive. The food was good and we had a nice experience.
Unfortunately, two customers came in and were being overly loud, using foul language, and acting disrespectfully. It created an uncomfortable environment, especially with children present. I also felt bad for the server, who had to witness and deal with that behavior while still trying to do their job professionally.
I believe management should always be present and step in when situations like that happen. It shouldn’t fall on employees to tolerate loud disturbances or disrespectful behavior, especially in a family-friendly setting. I hope in the future there’s more support for staff and consideration for families dining in.

Good food. Great time. Sandy our server was great. There was another employee cursing out loud, stressed about the rush. Perhaps would be better to avoid talking like that near where customers are seated??

We came in for lunch, and we were greeted and seated with a nice welcome. The area was clean . Our server was very nice and performed very well. Our meal was good fresh ,and our waffles were great. IHOP met or exceeded my expectations.
