My waiter hardly payed attention to me, I had to flag him down to order. The table next to me even noticed that I was hoping to get attention from my server. He partially did what I requested by serving the pancakes first, but again I waited to get his attention. The hash browns were overcooked so I wanted to send them back,well again had to wait for my server by then I just wanted to leave. He had been friendly to other tables I watched him but everything he could do to make me wait was apparent. Again just wanted to leave after waiting I flagged someone else just to get a check as I’m standing in front of my table. He gives me the bill and seemed like he expected a tip! I choose no tip and tried to explain why I’m glad I asked for my pancakes first cause that was all I got out of this dinning experience. He told me after he saw no tip,” Have a good day sir, and God bless” wow he never even If I wanted coffee or for that matter a beverage like milk with my order I have great respect when it comes to asking someone else to service my meal. ” But this server needs to be a customer service representative not someone who doesn’t care about service. He was more about saying God bless which was offensive to me because he was actually stating me the exact opposite. I’ve been around the block and that is why I have 300,000 reviews and followers because I appreciate the food service industry and make it well known what a 5 star establishment is. Buyer beware.

We were seated promptly, but were completely ignored after. Waited 10 minutes and received no acknowledgement. Finally got up to ask if we were going to be helped as we were not even offered to at least order drinks. Received total attitude from one of the girls. we gave up and walked out. Took our business elsewhere.

Took forever to get a server to ask for our drinks. Got half our food 35 min later. He forgot about our pancakes. Had to ask after we finished half our food. Asked for napkins, they never came. Pancakes came cold and soggy. First and last time i come to this location.. so sad i never give a restaurant 1 star.

I went during lunch time, it wasn’t too crowded and not loud. Service is quick and friendly. The food came out fast. I tried the BLTA and it was very good.

I just think this is a joke for what I’m paying and eating. My mashed potatoes came in as soon as I’m done with my plate, and for a dish like that, I’m embarrassed. My steak was very dry and hard too.

It was pretty busy, but we got a table in about 10 minutes. The waiter was friendly. I ordered the country style steak, and my boyfriend ordered pancakes, scrambled eggs, and French toast. They poured a lot of sauce on top of white sauce on my steak. I advice that you order it on the side to avoid this. I didn’t like the taste of the hashbrowns. Not much flavor at all. Milkshakes were good. Overall, the food was okay. Nothing special.
