Ate here for brunch and received friendly and attentive service. Food was prepared fast and served hot. Can’t beat bottomless pancakes (available with certain combo dishes). Overall experience is a plus! Great location and staff.

The food was served in a timly manner. The service was ok. The staff was friendly. The place was really busy and we felt rushed. The parking is tiny with very little parking spaces. Lots of people were parking across the street.

We were invited back by Jose and everything was much better. The food was delicious as always. The service was great and best of all i didn’t feel rushed and was able to enjoy my meal.

09.09.25 + 08.19.25 11am Still so delicious and friendly, efficient staff. We ordered The Big Steak Omelette $18.99 and the Chicken Fajita Omelette $18.29 and coffee $3.99 for the 3 of us. Still had almost an entire omelette left over to take home with us as Mom and Dad are seniors and can’t eat much.
The Big Steak Omelette was super delicious, next time we’ll order 2x of those instead of 2 separate omelettes. The Chicken Fajita Omelette was tasty but not nearly as good as the Steak. Hashbrowns and Pancakes are perfect as always. Their coffee is so good, it’s their own “International Roast House Blend” brand, it’s so smooth and delicious! Thank you!
08.2024 Fresh, delicious, hot, clean, with excellent service by Luis! Recommend the Poblano Omelette and the Colorado Omelette, both come with sides of 3 pancakes, hash browns or toast. We got pancakes for each omelette and shared between 3 people and still had leftovers. 2 omelette sets with 6 pancakes can feed 4 well. Also ordered the $1 with any omelette order cinnamon bites which came with caramel and frosting dipping sauces.
Everything was so good, even the cinnamon bites. Pancakes were light and fluffy and piping hot. Omelettes were non-greasy, light, full of flavor and cheesy! Coffee was very fresh and light, pretty good, not bitter at all.
We will be back, thank you!

What a great experience. We were in the area and decided to have breakfast at IHOP. This IHOP has always been steadily busy because people like coming back to this location. The hostess greeted us and walked us to a booth right away. We sat at our booth for a minute before we were greeted by our server. Very friendly server who took our order right away because we knew what we wanted. The wait for the food was not long and it looked amazing. The food was delicious, and the service was great. Thank you to our server who had a smile for every table. If you decide to eat here, we hope you have the same great dining experience too.

I visited the Milpitas IHOP this morning with two friends for breakfast. The atmosphere was inviting, and the menu offered a good variety. However, one of my friends discovered a hair in his meal, which was quite disappointing. We attempted to speak with the manager, but he was unavailable. When we finally reached a supervisor, who was named Marco and had a Spanish accent, the interaction was less than ideal. Despite explaining the situation and requesting an apology, Mark was dismissive and did not show much empathy. He mentioned that these things sometimes happen and seemed indifferent to our concerns. This made the experience frustrating and left us with a bad taste in our mouths—literally and figuratively. By the time we left, our appetite was gone, and we were quite disappointed with the service. I hope they address this issue to improve future experiences.

Haven’t been to an Ihop ever and while I did want to try their pancakes I decided to go with their new breakfast burrito instead.
It is a bit pricy but it is huge, pretty solid flavors too. The appetizer sampler was just about what’d you expect.

Went on May 10th Dia de Madres. The location was super busy, but we were seated right away. The service was awesome!!! Even tho it was busy, they had several people helping and checking on the tables. I made a special order. The Bacon Avocado Eggs Benedict but with country gravy instead of holendaise sauce!!! I despise holendaise sauce…lol Great Service!!!
