This IHOP is Fantastic and I love coming here! The staff is top notch friendly and caring, food is delicious and the atmosphere is family oriented. I started coming here every Saturday morning and it’s a very pleasant experience. Love the blueberry pancakes and the country fried steak. Thank you!

Came in and was about to sign up but was greeted by a nice lady who told us we would be seated immediately. They sat us took our order and got it perfectly with a pitcher of coffee, so we didn’t have to ask for more. The waitress girl was super kind with good manners, and the food came out almost immediately. All in a span of less than an hour. They have good service here. The waitresses are always running around, making sure everyone is good and settled.

Horrible customer service, walked out after being seated by bald waiter w curly hair on back of his head, he did not want do his job, I sat down feeling shocked of how I was “greeted” (I wasn’t) and when I turn around he’s sitting down scarfing his face, I understand if you’re understaffed, COMMUNICATE THAT with your customers, so we know you’re overwhelmed and it might take a while to complete YOUR job. I understand misery loves company, but please treat others how you’d like to be treated.

I loved it here. My waitresses were the most adorable thing, and they were attentive and kind!!!!! Thank you guys for being so great!! Also, their girls bathrooms water faucet is super hot and they even posted a note next to the faucet warning us that it gets hot and even had instructions on how to get the water to get cold. So thoughtful!!! Legit we came here each day of our stay out here in Santa Cruz because the food was too good 🙂

We always go to this IHOP to celebrate Veterans Day. It’s our tradition. My husband is a veteran and he orders his free Red White and Blue breakfast. Great service every single time. It’s so wonderful to see other vets celebrating around us too.

The food was delicious and my server was very nice. I did have to wait about 5 minutes when I came in to be seated even though there was no one ahead of me and no one acknowledged me in that time. Also the floor at my both was very greasy to the point I slipped around when I got up. Otherwise it was a good experience and I’d try them again. Update 4-2-24 service was slow to the point I walked out after waiting 15 minutes for a seat and never even being acknowledged.

I like it here. It is good solid food and service was good. I love that they give you a carafe of coffee that stays hot through the entire meal.
