Me and my husband LOVE this location’s Ihop!
The steak omelette is what we love to come back to – they’re awesome with spicy sauces!
And pancakes (buttermilk for him and gluten friendly for me) are so fantastic!
Hash browns are perfect too!
The coffee is something else too, it always makes me so happy (haha, they must put extra love into it!)
We highly recommend!!! What a great time and treat!

Went to IHOP with my husband to have a great breakfast. We each ordered combos. I had a waffle combo that was fantastic except don’t order poached eggs. They come out rock hard and my husband ordered pancakes, ham and eggs. That was fantastic except for the eggs. So we will order over easy in the future

It’s been years since I’ve been to an IHop. Decided to go Christmas morning since I was doing the holiday by myself. I would have been better off going to Carl’s Jr. than being at IHop.
The weather was chilly, but not cold. IHop had the heater full blast with a full restaurant. That made me really uncomfortable. They did turn off the heat, but it didn’t last long. I was pretty miserable. But, I had placed my order, and did my best to tolerate it.
The charged $4.29 for their coffee, which was the lowest grade of swill you could produce. Creamer & sweetener couldn’t make it any better.
I ordered the Steak Omlette, which was roughly $19. There was a few pieces of steak at each end of the omlette, and a few pieces on top. The majority of this $19 omelet was hashbrowns.
Lastly, there’s the pancakes. I remember IHop having really good pancakes. NOT ANYMORE! They are using some cheap grade pancake mix that’s like sawdust. THEY WERE HORRIBLE!
The location I visited is busy all the time. Quite honestly, I don’t understand why. I’ll NEVER visit another IHop again.

Located on Newport & Murrieta Roads near the Jack in the Box. I took my mom and uncle here because we wanted IHOP coffee and, well, might as well have breakfast. It was during Saturday morning’s peak hours. There were a lot of people waiting to be seated, but we were only quoted a 10 minute wait (I thought I’d be at least 1 hr wait based on what I saw). We waited exactly that, 10 minutes.
We had their ‘Sirloin Steak Tips & Eggs’, ‘House Scramble’, ‘Fresh Berries Crepes’, and of course, coffee. Our food was fresh and tasted great, with that authentic IHOP taste. Hashbrown portions are smaller than other locations, though.
The restaurant was clean and organized, and the service was efficient. Our server, Anthony, was attentive and helpful with menu options.
Overall, we had a great breakfast experience here.

It’s a really nice restaurant always packed food. Amazing customer service amazing I have no complaints except that it’s always packed, but that’s normal.

Love everyone here at IHOP. Kali the Manager is extremely amazing at what she does. She is a manager that gets involved, takes care of her staff and not to mention pays close attention to her customer. Thank you for being a hands on Manager!!

There has been a lot of changes to the menu. Unfortunately I haven’t gotten to try many of them but a lot of the classics are not there anymore so we will have to spend some time and go try out some of the new dishes. We really do miss the turkey with mashed potatoes and gravy and dressing

This place was a big surprise! IHOP was always my fave when I was a kid. Then it got to be not worth it. It was like playing the scratches. You keep getting it for nothing. We would go in different cities that had IHOP for nothing. This IHOP was a really great lottery scratcher!! It was packed! BUT the young men and women were on the ball! Our waiter was so nice and helpful (Azeriah) and the crew that cleaned up were really great workers (thank you Sebastian). How was the food? Delicious! Our family of 5 needed a mix of lunch and breakfast! All of it was so good we started to share! A great IHOP that I haven’t gone to for a long long time!

My husband and I went to IHOP in Menifee about a week ago. We arrived about 6 PM my husband ordered the steak dinner which came with steak and vegetables and mashed potatoes. When we ordered our server told us it was supposed to come with broccoli and mashed potatoes however they did not have ANY vegetables but told him he could have a salad. My husband agreed that a salad would be fine. When his dinner arrived the salad was lettuce and a pile of tiny cut tomatoes. (MY Husband is not a fan of tomatoes but they were so small he could not pick them out if he wanted to.) We asked if they had croutons and we were told no. I ordered the chicken quesidilla and it came with a tiny sprinkling of cheese at the top and burnt poblanos and burnt red peppers and chicken. My husband ordered a Dr. Pepper and he had to keep asking for drink refills which were mostly ice and our server Riley never took his cups away. I ordered a Iced cold brew coffee at 4.29 was NOT refillable and mostly ice. About 1/2 thru the meal we told Riley that we wanted to use pan coins for a kids meal when we were ready to go. When it came time to use the pan coins I had already opened my app and had the code that was to be used open and showed him the code and Riley told me that was not correct and he went thru the process again and he did not listen when I asked what was wrong. He says it was not for a kids meal…and I pointed to it and he said oops. He said did not see it was for a kids meal, but then said oops it was not returnable. I told him we wanted a Jr Happy Face Pancakes (chocolate chocolate chip and mozzarella sticks) While we were waiting for the kids meal the “busser” Josh came out and looked suprised that there were so many cups so full of ice on the table and he smiled and said he would remove our cups. This was the first smile we received from anyone at the entire time we were there. Should have checked it before we left but I was so frustrated that he offered no way to fix it and stated “oh well that was free anyway. ” When we arrived home noticed that it was just a plain buttermilk pancake. No syrup for the pancake. It was overall not a good experience, except for Josh. I asked if there was a manager and was told that the manager had already left. I called the next day at 2 different times and was told that the manager was not there and left my phone number for the manager to call me back and since January 19th still have not heard back from anyone. We remember this I HOP being busy all the time but it was not on this evening and now we know why after the service and food we received on this occasion.

IHOP has a long tradition, or should I say existence? In the past if my memory does not fail me, their food in general was definitely better. Today, after insisting on the part of the ladies in the family, I returned after many years hiatus I returned but I would not say triumphantly, for the food left quite a bit to be desired. I do not blame the after effects of the pandemic, or even the pandemic when in force for the lack of culinary skills on the part of the cooking crew, or even the quality of ingredients used, for I strongly believe in those who want and know how to deliver good fare.
Service was prompt and accommodating throughout. Food:
Grilled Chicken VegSalad, $13.29. Lady who ordered it liked it very much with Balsamic dressing. Nice serving, carried half back home. 4 Stars.
Farmer Hot Sampler Breakfast Feast?, $15.99. This is where the boat started taking in water. Big and link Sausages, nice amount. 1 strip smoked bacon. A couple of pieces of ham. Two eggs over medium, Sourdough toast, 2 Pancakes, that truly have lost all appeal regardless of how much butter and syrup used to help. Really sad for once upon a time this was their stellar choice, many recipes ago. All the meat sweating with oil/grease (whichever sounds nicer), flavor average at best, mediocre at worst. Not a pretty sight, bite. 2.5 Stars.
Seniors Scrambled Eggs, 2 Sausage links, 2 pancakes. Our lovely senior eats like a lumberjack but in actuality is a 120 lbs beauty. No pauses until plate is consumed absolutely. 3.5 Stars. Total with gratuity was dangerously close to big 50. I’m sure they have plenty of items the fine customers enjoy, but I give this place 3.5 Stars.
