Major shout out to Wendy as she was truly setting the bar for excellence with regards to customer service wish there had been a closer IHOP that was 24 hours as I had to drive like 30 miles one way just to have IHOP that said this IHOP was super clean all the booths all the glass wiped down nice little coffee shop inside of there highly recommend trying the French vanilla cream, creamy cold foam cold brew as a high drink, it is super delicious

I give 5/5 stars because of my experience.
I was greeted with a smile and sat at a table right away. Mayra was my waitress. She was very cheerful and helpful. I got my drink order taken right away. She also promptly took my food order and the wait time was fast. The food was nice and hot. Mayra brought condiments without me having to ask. She was super attentive refilling my drink and bringing to-go boxes. I will definitely recommend this restaurant to friends and family

This was my first time at this location and I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon. Everything was going fine. I was seated right away, the food was delicious but as I poured my 3rd cup of coffee a dead fly came out of the coffee pot. I was disgusted and notified the waitress. She said she was going to talk to the manager and as I’m waiting for her return I noticed a tiny white bug come out of the coffee pot and back into it. I immediately started recording because I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. When the waitress returned she said and I quote “I talked to my manager and I’m sorry we can’t do nothing about it”. When she was done talking I showed her the video and told her I was not paying then she proceeded with “thats fine, my manager said we’ll comp the whole meal.” Mind you she never returned back to talk to the manager. Overall, I’m glad I didn’t have to pay but the whole experience is traumatizing and I can’t stop thinking about it.

Decaf was fresh.
Sirloin tips and eggs were delicious.

This is horrible. I would rather walk in to the dmv in the middle of the day then continue this treacherous wait. I would probably be served quicker at the dmv. I want to walk in the back and see if they have some one-legged sloths cooking food back there. It’s been an hour and we are still waiting!! Just received our food and it is not good. Most dishes are cold. We noticed like 15 dishes just sitting on the line not being served. The food is not good. This will be the last time I come to this restaurant

I don’t know what’s the hostess problem, (Wendy), I believe that’s what they call her, but this is the second time I come here asking to be seated with my server (connie) , who does an amazing job at a server, that hostess always sits us with someone else I don’t understand why. I’ve also seen the regional manager my second time here giving attitude to not sure which employee and being stubborn like a little girl, I thought that wasn’t professional at all, now im getting an idea why that hostess gets away from not listening to paying customers.Does this ihop like to get employees who don’t listen to paying customers and make our families uncomfortable. This ihop needs to work on there management, makes me and my family not wanna come here no more even though that server Connie makes us feel so welcomed. Stick up for yourselves laddies!! And also for the customers if you want to be seated with someone specific, that hostess will makes sure you don’t get seated with the server you want, beware!
