The wait was decent, the first waitress was rude and couldn’t remember our order as she passed us off to another waitress. The second waitress her name was Evelyn. She was super nice and on point with service. Our food came in a timely manner, however the sampler plate we ordered had chicken and it was cooked in old grease and fast so it was dark in color but under cooked, which made my daughter sick. My younger son ordered a hamburger that had pickles in it and fortunately all the pickles fell out of the burger as he ate it because there was a hair on one of the pickles. My son’s stomach immediately started hurting. Thank goodness he didn’t eat it. The drinks were another issue, tasted water down no flavor. This was my second time at this particular IHOP. I won’t be returning, for it to be so busy you would think the food would fit the crowd.

The waitress never explained options of breakfast prices and one of the plates was extremely expensive at $18.00 for the same food offered with a different name and more much less, to me that’s very bad service becuz we did ask her questoins in regards to that. I will definitely not return to this location, in all my years of eating at Denny’s, never have I, or would I have paid so much for a breakfast plate there but we were not clearly informed, paying our bill is when I found out. Came here for breakfast idk when was the last time I went to an IHOP outside the front door their trashcan was littered all over the floor. Doesn’t really comfort me to wanna come and eat here, but I did anyways the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was OK. I can’t say I’d go back. My toes was burnt. I asked for eggs over easy. I didn’t get that but it’s OK. My toast didn’t even have melted butter.

The food was legitimately inedible. We paid $67 for food we couldn’t eat. And it was obvious we couldn’t eat more than two bites of the entrees and yet the server did not ask ANY questions. The server also argued with me about ordering sides – which I should be allowed to order separately since my crepes didn’t automatically come with sides. My partner ended up subbing one of their sides so I could have one since the server was NOT letting me order a side.
We ordered the steak, and it looked and tasted boiled. It had no seasoning and was tough enough that muscle was required to cut it. We also ordered the chicken Florentine crepes and they arrived soggy and without hollandaise sauce and tasting oddly of egg (there was no egg). The sodas were also just syrup and yet in spite of asking for something else because one of us wasn’t able to drink it, we were still charged for the soda.
The only redeemable thing was the mozzarella stick appetizer, but it’s hard to mess up frozen mozzarella sticks.

I’ve been in the neighborhood for 16 yrs and been to this location about five times because service isn’t great. I was willing to give it a try again because how can you mess up pancakes and it’s IHOP. They were a little busy, but we got coffee and water right away. Party of 2. We order right away and our food took 40 minutes. We were about to leave. I ordered the chicken biscuit. It came with white gravy no gravy. I had to get up and get it myself. As I’m eating, I realize my chicken is raw. I show the server, and she did apologize. Took meal off the bill. 40 minutes to wait and my 3 oz chicken still raw. Waiting for the illness to kick in.

The service is prompt, friendly, and efficient. The storefront is well presented and the location is mostly clean, although the syrup trays could use some attention. The food is fine, nothing mind-blowing, but for what it is, it’s perfectly acceptable. Don’t sleep on the butter pecan syrup. It’s delicious. The hash browns were a little chewy, but other than that it was fine.

Absolutely disgusting we waited 3 hours for our food to come and there was hair in my crepe which for some reason tastes like bacon and eggs that were overcooked and made in a trash can and there was rat droppings in the food and the sourdough was harder than a rock. I also found roaches on the ground and there were bugs in my pancake. And they worst part is I saw a man pouring syrup on his hashbrown

Delightfully surprised with the new burgers from Ihob lol. Went late morning expecting to get breakfast, which is literally all I’ve ever gotten at IHOP.. But this time I took the chance and thought why not see what the silly marketing is all about. Let me tell you, that burger, the bacon Cheeseburger, was juicy, cooked right, had fresh vegetable toppings, the bun was fluffy and not smashed, and overall it was full of flavor! I was surprised. Fries were also fresh and crispy, salted right and not undercooked at all.
Now with that said, will I be ordering it all the time? Probably not. That really will depend on when we go and what I’m in the mood for, but I will certainly try the other burgers.. I’m really a breakfast guy, so it’s hard to get me to order anything else at a breakfast restaurant.
