I placed an order online through their app at 330pm. I was told it would be ready at 350pm. I got there at 4pm, the parking lot had only 1 car, I honestly thought it was closed. Our food wasn’t ready even though the place was empty. It wasn’t the food not being ready it was the way it was handled. We walk in and a male worker walked over and greeted us, we said we had an order for pick up we gave our names and he walked away. Then a couple minutes later this woman comes at us speaking Spanish very hostile, then starts in English, “what are your orders?” And we told her our names and she demanded to see our confirmation numbers. I pulled my phone out and she starts touching my phone, and she is like “what’s the number?” It’s right there I don’t know what she was looking for. She treated me and my husband like thieves we wouldn’t give names to orders that weren’t ours. It’s not like SB just leaving drinks on the counter and we swiped one. She was very unprofessional. Then she goes to the kitchen talks to the cook and the waiter who greeted us. When she comes back she says she needs to take a picture of my email confirmation because supposedly the system is new and she needs to enter the numbers. So I’m like wait tell me again why you need this and she relies on her broken English and language barrier to protect her from giving a direct answer. Which is user error on my part I should not have let her it has my email and name now she has it for whatever reason. She comes back with the order and is like “here beautiful.” It was weird because it was passive aggressive behavior from the manager not a worker. I would not return, the place was empty for a reason and I should have listened to the other reviews.

Still great food and service. Marilu and Sergio are the GM and head server doing great taking care of all incoming customers.

Early morning delight. The staff are caring and rushing to serve. Clean, cool and fast hot food service. Angie, the GM is as cordial as all who came by to care for us. Donna gets high marks as she never left us.

Almost 1 1/2-2 hours and haven’t gotten anything. Sat for about 20 mins before a waiter came to get our drink orders. Not until Another 20/30 mins later someone comes to check in on us and brings our drinks. 10/15 mins later someone finally gets our order for food. About an hour later still currently waiting. Not even half busy today

Lots of commotion, they don’t seem to be organized. I was gonna order something to take but ended up doing mobile order as well which took even longer . I totally understand if you have new staff but try to schedule new people during less business hours . Another point that I need to bring up is we got food poisoning.

The wait is usually long, but it’s worth it because of the gluten friendly options on the menu, which I didn’t know they had.
I ordered the (gf) waffle, it was fluffy and moist, tasted good even without maple syrup. Really good, as well as the iced coffee.
