Stopped here to meet my mom for a late birthday breakfast. I an not typically a fan of IHOP, but this visit was different. The server was great – welcomed us quickly, put a drink order in within 2 mins and brought them very soon thereafter. We needed a few mins to go over the very extensive menu and she allowed us the time we needed in order to find what we wanted.
The food was good – breakfast burrito, chicken fajita omelette and crepes. We had a side of pancakes that were good also. Overall a great experience!

Service was thorough and the food and its price was good. My only knock release and it wasn’t so much the restaurants fault was there was a kid that was acting up and the parents weren’t doing crap about it. Hence why I gave the atmosphere only three stars.

Excellent customer service. Good food. I ordered the Avocado Bacon Eggs Benedict. The bacon on one was perfectly cooked to my tastes, crunchy, the other was way undercooked and I had to pick it off. The Hollandaise Sauce was creamy and delicious. The eggs were a little small, but poached well. The fruit was fresh and tasty. My coffee was hot, fresh, and delicious. They have flavored creamer, which I enjoy. I like that they put a carafe of coffee on your table for easy refills, especially since the mugs are small. My only complaint was the price, $16 seems high for what I got. I had almost the same thing at another restaurant just the day before for $2 less. Even that seemed a bit high to me. The coffee was the same price at both places. But otherwise a great experience, especially the friendly staff. I did not really have to wait for a table either, although they were busy.

When we arrived, it was packed and thought there would be a wait to be seated but there wasn’t. We were seated right away. They took our drink orders, I asked for a pink Lemonade, but was brought a raspberry or strawberry Lemonade, then was informed that they didn’t have pink Lemonade. Our food took a while and when it came my pancakes were cold and I had to ask for utensils for my whole family and waited for those. Also had to ask for the salsa that was supposed to come with my meal. After all that, our food tasted pretty good and the service was friendly. I understand many places are short staffed so I still gave it 4/5 stars for taste and effort.

My kids always order lunch for breakfast and I always like to try something different every time. Food is good and service is fast and the balloon guy keeps the kids happy with his amazing skills. Very busy on Sunday morning but it’s worth the wait.

Don’t you just love it when you go pick up an order and you find out that it’s not there? But that’s just that it’s not there, but that they gave it to somebody else. If the server would’ve been honest with you from the beginning, maybe I wouldn’t have been so bad, but the first server lied to me, didn’t tell me the whole story, and it wasn’t until a manager got involved that the manager told me that they gave my food away to somebody else. I had to run to a meeting that the food was for, so I had no choice, but to leave to another restaurant, and then getting a whole refund was another ordeal. I honestly think that the server did not want to accept responsibility for what had happened. Sandy, the manager, was professional and attentive, but the server should be dismissed for lack of training. Do not recommend. By the way, I will say the food at this restaurant is good, because I’ve had it, but this was just a very bad experience overall.
