Food was delicious … family got exactly what they order was hot fresh and served with such kindness and great attitude. Service spot on … love this location … don’t mind leaving a good tip especially to the waiter for being so attentive and professional !

Buttermilk pancakes here are always good, Good prices and a bigger selection of syrups than other places. The day I went one of the servers was having problems with her girlfriend, It was pretty crazy she pulled up in a truck talking crazy to her girlfriend and throwing her lunch that she had brought. I’ll never forget that felt sorry for that girl getting humiliated like that at work but the good thing is it happened as we were leaving.Besides that episode it’s usually pretty easy going, Nice clean environment and workers seem very cool. Will be back soon, Maybe even post some picks of my plate next time. ✌

Waited 30 minutes, watched people get sat. Host asked if anyone else was waiting to get sat, took a big family. My party was only 2 people. I raised my hand, she took the big family. All the while, a to go order could not be figured out between the cashier and a patron. Service sucks, dont come to this location.

The food was good…as good as IHOP gets. The service not so much. Not for a lack of trying. I only saw two people working as fast as they could but that doesn’t lead to a relaxing meal with a nice atmosphere. Seven tables directly around me needed bussing. I watched my omelet sit in the pick up window for nearly 10 min while we were eating the rest of our meal. Had to argue the bill. The worst hollandaise sauce ever…

Do not visit this IHOP unless you enjoy gray, undercooked French fries with your mediocre-at-best burger. Fries were soggy and pale, green beans limp and tasteless, and the $7.99 Oreo milkshake was a tiny, watery disappointment with almost zero cookie pieces. The rest of the food ranged from okay to decent, but the sides and that shake killed it. Not worth the price tonight. Hope they get it together. $45 + $10 tip should taste alot better than this. Save money and toss a tv dinner in the microwave. Cheaper and will taste much better.

Our server, Lupe, needs a raise!! She was amazing – seemed to be running the place by herself. I was there on a typically busy Tuesday morning for breakfast and she was quick to seat us, take our order and keep on top of the cook to be sure we got our order fairly quick. She even took my payment at the table! Probably cleaned up after we left too! I ordered the strawberry banana French toast combo and it was delicious! My soda was a bit flat and Lupe had no problem quickly switching it out with a fresh OJ. This IHOP is close to home and has been a fave for years but the service has never been the superb! I hope to see Lupe there again!

I can see why the wait time on google says not busy. There are about 5 families in here. I was asked to hold on for 10 minutes about 15 minutes ago which was a good 10 minutes before I was even greeted. This is sad. The guy comes out only to charge the patrons leaving. This is the 3rd family that leaves while we sit here waiting for them to clear the entire restaurant apparently.

I personally don’t like breakfast places but my family been wanting to go so I went thinking nothing of it. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries, finished the burger and as soon as I ate about 4 fries I looked back down and there was a fly just dead on them and was about to eat it i felt so nauseous I went to the bathroom and threw up everything I ate. Looked like the fly was fried with the fries there was no actual store manager but the server that looked like she was running everything apologized and didn’t charged us for the burger but never again I would go to anymore breakfast even more. Never had this happen to me before
