Great service and classic IHOP goodness! We stopped by the IHOP at Del Norte Plaza for breakfast and had a wonderful experience. The food came out hot and fresh, fluffy pancakes and perfectly cooked eggs. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The restaurant was clean, and service was fast even though it was a busy morning. A solid choice for a hearty breakfast or brunch in the area!

When you come here you know what to expect; good pancakes, attentive and cordial service and fresh coffee. Given, it’s not a Michelin star restaurant, but then again if that’s what youre expecting then why did you come to IHOP? It’s the International House of Pancakes, show some respect. 10/10 would this place is better than Denny’s.

Late night food was gross. Ordered a T-bone steak rare. It came out over cooked and dry. Mash potatoes sides were gritty and spat out immediately. They forgot a side for my daughter’s meal. Would only recommend due to the atmosphere and server. Worst 55 dollars spent.

Breakfast was good and fairly priced . Our hostess was busy but she did A fine job despite . Coffee is good. They dont serve Coke just Pepsi which was A bit flat. Other than that A solid. 8.

We ordered breakfast, and even though the restaurant was busy, our food came out within two minutes, like it was served from a buffet. We are used to waiting for food thats too hot to eat right away. Everything was warm, not hot. Our cinnamon dippers were not served as pictured on the menu (pictures for comparison). My potatoes, eggs, and sausage were unappetizing looking, and the plating was messy like the cook tossed it on the plate. No sugar for my coffee, the syrup was not full, and my pancakes had a tiny bit of butter. My biggest issue is that when the waiter asked if we were finished and we said yes, he added up the bill on a tablet, then held it right in my face while telling me to choose the tip. I was not given a choice to get a paper receipt, and it was an extremely uncomfortable experience. This has been our favorite IHOP for 30 years, but we won’t be back.

Marlon or Pablo i don’t know his name but TERRIBLE service. If you’re Hispanic or speak Spanish, he won’t speak to you in spanish. So if you want to come here just know his service his terrible. I had an amazing service with Susie but unfortunately I didn’t get her.
