I had an amazing experience at IHOP thanks to Jerry. From the moment we sat down, he made us feel welcome and taken care of. His energy was positive, professional, and attentive without being overwhelming.
Jerry was quick with refills, made sure our food came out exactly how we ordered it, and checked in at the perfect times. You can tell he truly cares about his guests and takes pride in his work. Even during a busy shift, he stayed calm, friendly, and efficient.
It’s servers like Jerry that make you want to come back. If you visit IHOP, definitely ask for him — you won’t be disappointed!

i love this ihop. we’ve been served my two women, a young and older woman and they are always so helpful and great.
these past two times we were served by a man that goes by the name of david. david has gotten our orders wrong multiple times, which is no big deal but we’ve noticed that every time we asked for help on our wrong orders he quite literally just ignores us for the rest of our meal until it’s time to give us the check. the last time we went, he did exactly this except his manager was the one who gave us our check and checked us out. the food here is great, and i love the service here except david. david has ruined our experience here twice already.
anyway i went to the ihop in pico and its way better. better service, better prices, better quality in food. definitely going there from now on

Kudos to the Cook. The 55+ Breakfast Sampler is sooo good. The scrambled eggs with the grilled onions are fluffy and perfectly cooked. The pancake golden and fluffy. The hash browns are perfectly cooked in the inside with crispy outer layer and extra crispy edges.
A must stop by when you have a late night breakfast craving.

Service was great and food was delicious, much better than last time we were here months ago. The waiter we got was super patient and was accommodating when it came to special requests/substitution’s. The food came hot which should be a no brainer but we’ve had to return cold plates before. Presentation has improved so thank you for that!

We always come to this location because it’s convenient. The food is good, but I wish the presentation was better, it’s like a 2 out of 5. The servers are great, but when it gets very busy they don’t really have time to attend to every table so it’s understandable. They should make sure the seating areas and coffee pots are clean before seating the next party. Also the creamers are always dirty with syrup or other creamers. I also hate that their tables are never leveled, we always have to put some folded napkins under one of the legs so it doesn’t wobble.

(It was almost 1 a.m) and I really had to use the restroom. I want to speak on the welcoming feeling Dominic bestowed upon me when I asked to use the bathroom. He made me want to return and dine there. I appreciate him so much.

Not sure if they were “understaffed” but I was not happy with my visit at the Monterey Park location. The only thing that was hot was my coffee. When the food arrived, which was pretty quick, the majority of my food was tepid if not cold, especially the hash browns. I like my hash browns hot, my eggs were barely warm. My sourdough toast, forget it, edges were burnt, no butter on them when it got to my table they were hard as rocks. This is like the second or third time this has happened. I’m pretty sure I WON’T be back for a long time. I’ll let my friends and family know about it. I was totally disappointed, considering I love IHOPS food. Today was NOT a good day IHOP. Hopefully things will be better when I decide to come back. ☹️

This is a very busy location however you don’t have to wait more than 20 minutes for a table. The service was fast and we got our order within 10 minutes as well.
I ordered a spinach and mushroom omelette. It was ok but I felt like it was a bit watery. It is a heavy dish so it might just not be to my taste.
