ordered to go and it was ready 15 minutes later than the estimated time they gave. when we got home we found out they forgot to include the hollandaise sauce for the eggs benedict, and also both eggs weren’t poached and runny but hard boiled eggs. Basically paid $16 dollars for a ham and boiled egg sandwich. I had to put kewpie mayo to make it a little better… But if you’re gonna pay that much for breakfast anyway, just go somewhere else.

I reluctantly went here just before Thanksgiving. Only saying reluctantly as the food, whether cooked or to go, is “fair” at best. Eggs & hash browns are fine – but bacon or a burger- never fully cooked. Even if you say burn it ir well done. I had orders to go, twice in 2 years – bacon was raw/ barly cooked at all. The burger, from the time before…cold and mostly went in the trash. The service is good, and servers are friendly!I cannot give 2.5 stars, but that is the honest reality.

The food was satisfactory, though not on par with a five-star establishment. However, the booths were somewhat cramped. The wait staff did not consistently inquire about beverage refills, and their return visits to the table were infrequent, often occurring when diners were nearly finished eating.

We had a unfortunate experience in this location, the first time the t-bone steak was tough and the second plate had wood in the food, the staff was very nice to fix the situation; the second experience was no good, the girl who supposed is the hoster are poorly trained and I think she was mad that day because she was rude, no welcoming, no good morning, no offering drinks, the wait was long until the food was served, the t-bone steak was overcooked, after the food was served we was practically ignored, until they bring the ticket for pay, another long wait for pay, while we was waiting for pay, we saw many customers waiting for to be seated and nobody taking care of them, why you guys aren’t appreciating the customers? We all was looking for to have a good time having a breakfast and to be treated well

This is the first time I have visited this location, and I was very disappointed. I arrived at about 9:45 on a Saturday, and it was almost completely packed. My server was pleasant, and was doing the best he could with all of his tables. We ordered immediately and waited about 20 min for our food. I got the buttermilk short stack which is 4 pancakes and a side of roasted red potatoes/peppers/onions. My family had kids combo, brioche French toast combo and breakfast sampler. The food was warmish. The pancakes tasted blah and kept separating in half, not fluffy or soft. The potatoes were ok, but they used frozen potatoes so I felt like I was eating fries. The rest of the food was sub par, we won’t be back.

Can’ rate food or atmosphere because THEY’RE CLOSED! Google says they don’t close for over two hours. Not only that, but the sign says they close at 10PM and the door is LOCKED 15 minutes BEFORE 10PM. Never coming back if they can’t figure out how to tell time.
