I cannot blame the good service because the staff is really friendly and checking in all the time. The food, especially the meat, did not meet the standards. Bland, no flavor, and it seems like it had been in the fridge for days. Not that place it used to be.

Ordered food to go, service seemed pretty good. Recommend using the website to order pickup and not call in. I think the was some confusion with the order. I noticed that when I picked up the food. I didn’t want to wait any longer, so I didn’t it was worth the wait. I get home and find that one of the plates barely had eggs. Not even sure if we had one whole scrambled egg. For the amount of food we got, IHOP is too expensive.

I came to get my Veterans Day meal and was denied at this location in person by two women in the front that had laughed about it. I had called to double check and was informed by Joanna the same location was doing it. Never been treated with such disrespect before.

Not sure if there was a change in management but food definitely tasting better. Great service, felt very welcomed, for some reason noise levels are really high.

Went for value breakfast. The decaf coffee was bland & tasteless, had to order regular instead. When we were almost done, our server (Sandra S) grabbed our Cholula & ketchup to give to another table. Did not ask or say “excuse me”. What? Restaurant only has one of each for all to share? That was tacky.

It’s IHOP. You get exactly what you expect from an IHOP. they’ve redone the place so or looks nice and clean. Been going here for 25+years. I’ve never gone on a Sunday, but I’ve only had to wait to be seated 4 times in all those years.

This ihop in whittier ca, on Washington blvd not good. Really bad service. Rude, one our plate the cheese was no good no more. Smells really bad. We told manager and she not even apologize or say sorry. Not professional, not recommended coming here.
