Very friendly service and decent pancakes! I was craving banana dessert so I went for banana pancakes but ended up trying 6 different flavors LOL. We tried the banana caramel, strawberry banana, strawberry cheesecake, cinn-a-stack, tres leches, and chocolate chocolate chip. My favorites were the banana caramel and strawberry banana. The cinn-a-stack was good too it tastes just like a cinnamon roll. Strawberry cheesecake didn’t have much cheesecake flavor and tres leches also didn’t have much tres leches flavor, maybe if I asked for extra sauce? My friend likes the double chocolate but I just tend to not enjoy chocolate flavored things as much.
I definitely recommend getting single pancakes instead of stacks so you can try more flavors, I love that they have this option.
The hot chocolate was good too but too sweet for me personally. Buttermilk chicken tenders were okay.

Lunchtime stop on the weekend. Not crowded and very well kept up. Inside was clean staff friendly. Got sirloin tips , eggs , hash browns, pancakes, T-bone steak & French toast. All was prepare well and tasty. The French toast slices are a bit thicker than usual. Pricing has gone up a bit. Public restrooms are available. Medium size Parking lot for customers only, no valet. Self parking with 2 handicap spaces in front of entrance.

Long overdue review- this place time and time and again has surpassed each visit. Great customer service & clean environment. This place is well staffed, everyone is busy cleaning or supporting customers request. If it’s your birthday it’s a big deal here! You’ll get seated quick and fed QUICK- its surprising!! Arturo (the big guy wearing glasses and a mustache) I kindly asked him for a glass of water, but he seemed unhappy with my request. After 10 minutes, there was still no water, even though he kept bringing other ordered drinks to the table next to us. I was coughing and had a 3-month-old baby with us. A little good service would have been nice.
Thankfully, another guy in green top was very kind and even asked how many glasses we needed since he saw I was with my husband. Despite being busy, he also took a moment to ask how we were and how our baby was.
After that, I had a chance to speak to Arturo and asked if he forgot to bring us a glass of water. He didn’t even let me finish—he just said “okay” and walked away. He didn’t ask whether I wanted it with or without ice, or how many glasses we needed. Nothing. He just left and cut me off. When he came back, he simply placed the glass on the table without saying a word. He really seemed unhappy about giving us a glass of water.
I’m giving 3 stars instead of 1 because other staff were kind to us. It was our first time at IHOP, and unfortunately, it wasn’t a very good experience.

I used to go there often, but it’s been a while since I last went. We went at 6 a.m., and while we were eating our food, they kept acting like they wanted us to hurry. We wanted to take our time, but they kept harassing us. We even ordered a generous portion of to-go food. There were plenty of empty seats, so I couldn’t understand why they were acting that way.

I stopped in specifically for gluten-free pancakes because I didn’t feel like shopping for ingredients and making them myself, and that’s exactly what I ordered.
I went with the full stack of four gluten-free pancakes ($13.79), which honestly felt a bit overpriced. I ordered them without butter, with sugar-free syrup, and had a glass of water. I usually ask for lemon slices for my water, but this time I was told there would be a $1.00 charge for lemon. That was a first for me. I decided to skip the lemon rather than pay extra for it.
My server, Monica, was extremely friendly, and I truly appreciated her service. She even brought me a second glass of water without me having to ask, which was thoughtful and attentive.
As for the pancakes, I understand gluten-free options can taste different, but these had a slightly off or “funny” flavor. I still ate them because of my dietary restrictions and because I specifically came in for something I could safely enjoy without cooking at home. Unfortunately, the taste just didn’t quite meet expectations.
On a positive note, the restaurant and bathrooms were clean, and there was plenty of parking, which made the visit convenient. Overall, the service was great, but the food itself fell short. I appreciate having gluten-free options available. I just hope the flavor can improve in the future.

Mad props to our server William he was very attentive and made us feel at home. Even played an awesome show on the TV while we waited for our meal. I definitely recommend that anyone that wants to be treated with the utmost most value to come here. This is all thanks to William, not only will I be returning but I suggest you come as well

They just had to be instant pancakes. I went to the one downtown LA and got a short stack, it was all I could afford at 14 bucks. For three pancakes. The cakes, I make better cakes with any cheap just add water mix. And there’s were just add water mix. They crinkle and feel apart under the syrup, which was no better than log cabin brand, which I consider to be horrible. So yeah my cakes and coffee were like 16. I only went in to get out of the rain. They when I went to the register to pay. There was nobody there, not in the dining room, it was like the eye in the back getting high or d something. I didn’t wait for more then a couple minutes before I left without paying which I was happy to do. I left the waitress a small to because it isn’t her fault that the HOUSE OF PANCAKES serve instant pancake batter cakes. I am shocked! The whole morning is way over priced. Norma has way better food.

Worst IHOP experience ever lol I prefer UberEats then I took too long and didn’t want it to be cold so I reordered … these people wouldn’t give me my food and accused me of stealing my own order when they really ate the ones that made the mistake.
When they figured out they mistakenly gave away my food, they were very rude and gave no apology.
