I pass this ihop on the way home from work everyday. It had the most nostalgic feel; real diner breakfast vibes. Our waitress (Bethany I think?) was so kind, courteous, and ready to be of service to us. Everyone in the restaurant was kind and attentive. You also get the opportunity to spin a wheel that allows you an incentive for your next visit (i got 10% off my next visit initially, our server let me spin again and i got a free entree!) Can’t wait to come back and visit again soon!

Terrible service. I ordered bottomless pancakes, but for over 20 minutes no one came to ask about refills. When I finally got my first refill, I then waited more than 30 minutes for anyone to check on me again. During that time, the staff were actively serving and checking on other tables around me.
After waiting those 30 minutes, I went to the restroom. When I came back, instead of a waiter asking if I wanted another refill, I found the bill already placed on my table, which felt like they were trying to push me out.
Why offer bottomless pancakes if you clearly don’t want to serve customers who order them? The food itself was okay, but the service completely ruined the experience.

Mushroom cheddar cheese Omelette is tender and plenty of flavor,biscuits with beacons and egg is tasty,seasoning well and a little bit crunchy ,double blue berry pancakes is amazing,the best comfort breakfast on weekend days!

Good quick service got seated within 5 mins of entering the door.. grade A rating. But to be fair was there on a Sunday afternoon so not really busy .. place was pretty clean with a few exceptions . And food was pretty good. Service was decent didn’t really have to ask for much .. not anything over the top so that’s why I give it a 4

A latina hostess here was very rude to me. I simply asked her a question to clarify my order and she became annoyed by this and proceeded to respond to me in a passive aggressive manner. I will not be returning to this location as I feel very uncomfortable to even request service. Very dissapointed.

Wow, that’s a busy IHop especially on the weekend. Huge line to wait. I tried the new special item the Hawaiian French toast with an egg and sausage combo. I was not too impressed about the Hawaiian French toast neither the sides. I honestly have no idea what’s the hype about this breakfast chain. Staff was friendly though.
