One of the best experiences I’ve had in many years. I quit going to the one in Carlsbad years ago because the service and food were not what it used to be. The one in Artesia was above excellent in service and quality of food.

I have been in this restaurant more than twice and I always end up eating something different than what I want to order because they always out of what I want. The portions are ridiculously small but they charged full price. Even what I order to drink is out of stock. Very disappointed on this place

It was the only place open on a Sunday night. After traveling for a while we were tired and starving. Gluten free options were available. The staff was super nice. We waited a bit to get our food but only because they were looking for ingredients. It seems the town has a hard time keeping stock for the restaurant because of other cities around them and the high amount of traffic.
Even after all of this the meals they prepared for us were great tasting. The service was great and we’d definitely recommend it.

Terrible Terrible place to eat I’ve been to many Ihops but oh man! apparently the cook is the manager she left in the middle of her shift to pick up her kid from school, the bathrooms were disgusting, there was flies everywhere, the food was rushed (I’m assuming because she had to leave) the eggs were not cooked liked we asked , we were missing sides from our meals and we were not able to get them because the cook/ manger had left to pick up her kid , one of the meals was missing bacon the other meal was missing both sides and the bacon burger was missing the bacon also when told our very nice server he went out of his way and was trying to make the sides him self but when I asked him how much longer on the sides that’s when we were notified that the cook/manger had left but would be right back. We never got our sides because by the time she came back we were done and at that point I was frustrated the restaurant itself was very dirty. Here are some pics of flies in the windows right on the booth we were sitting and they would just fly around us there’s aso pics of how nasty the bathrooms were blood stains un flushed and dirty sinks

It took 45 minutes for me to get an order of scrambled eggs bacon and toast. My 4 yr old granddaughter ordered french toast sticks with chocolate milk. She said she didn’t like the chocolate milk.
Both meals were cold and my toast was hard like it had been sitting out for some time. I was never told that there was an issue in the kitchen until I asked when checking out. Only then did my server apologize and explained that they had only one cook. I wasn’t very happy with her for not being forthcoming, but I always feel bad when I hear people taking their complaints out on their server. I should have asked for the manager and complained to her. I do not feel I should have been charged for the meal that I got. I don’t know if the chocolate milk was bad. But about 2 hrs later, my granddaughter began throwing up.

We placed our order and spent forty minutes waiting for our food. We noticed that people that ordered way before us didn’t have their orders either. We asked our waitress for an update and she never came back. We were starving, and we would’ve appreciated a heads up that it was going to be a while so we can take the decision to wait or leave.
We ended up paying for our drinks after a total of one hour since we placed our order (it was a soda and a coffee, which was almost $9) which we shouldn’t even have to pay, given the ridiculous wait. Please don’t waste your customers’ time and inform beforehand if the order will take more than an hour to be served. Ruined the beginning of our trip to Roswell. Avoid this place if possible.
