We ordered for curbside. We waited 30 minutes to get raw waffles and soggy cold pancakes. The container the caramel came in was melted into the caramel. None of the food was edible. We could have gotten sick if we ate the raw waffles.

A really nice, clean, and well-maintained restaurant. The staff are really friendly and attentive. The food is typical IHOP food, taste good, and reasonably priced although one Belgium waffle is $10!

Five stars for all servers and one star for our server who was not professional and missed up our order a few time. Bad day for me and my family. However if I come next time will ask for Mike was always a good server and the rest of the staff were so professional and felt welcome. But this morning I was disappointed with my server. And I didn’t put any tips because of that. Love IHOP and like to eat there at least once a month.

I went to pick up an order and I was yelled at for sitting down in the sitting area after waiting for 10 minutes (this was at 2am so it wasn’t busy at all) receptionist said “you need to be standing up or im going to assume you are already helped” when I was waiting there and I actually saw her pass by and go into the kitchen. She was completely unprofessional and I did not feel safe at all. Employees need a manager on shift for late nights, this was a very scary experience for me

This place is old and rundown. The managers don’t seem to care either. There was a leak in the ceiling that they didn’t seem to want to fix. It was dripping on us at one point. Their bathroom is clean but smells terribly of mold or mildew. The last time I was there, there was a cockroach under my table. It is a shame because I enjoy the food and the waitstaff is so nice.

Not sure when I’ll get a chance to frequent again, but in the dead heat of the hottest July on record for Arizona, one wing of the building had absolutely no AC and really shouldn’t have been sitting people in it. They cracked the door and had fans going but it was pretty miserable to eat. If I’d had a choice I’d have left, but that wasn’t in the cards for my function. Everyone else working there was really nice though! I also learned from a waitress that you can split and get two different kinds of pancakes as opposed to a stack of one. That was a really nice learning experience! But when it’s so hot in the area you’re eating, you may not be able to keep them down anyway.

Horrible service. No one attended us until about 20 minutes later and we had to ask for someone to do so. They then took over 45 minutes and still no food. We ended up getting up and leaving. The manager came over and didn’t even try to say let me check on it just said sorry and took off. I honestly feel like it may have been racism because others that were Anglo that came in after us were served before us.

Stopped on at 11:00 pm on a Saturday…place wasn’t busy, service was really bad. Food came out and was not appetizing…a couple people in our group ordered chicken strips which came out over fried and unrecognizable…the waitresses should have never let them leave the kitchen. Overall a really bad experience.

I ordered a med rare t-bone steak that came out looking like it was beaten to death by a mallet, cooked to it was a piece of leather and had white looking grains of rice, (eyeroll) coming out of the meat. I sent it back! Didn’t trust ordering another steak. So I ordered a hamburger. The cook seems to only know how to cook, over done. I asked to speak to the manager and ended up keeping me waiting!
