IHop is a diner. So it has the atmosphere of a diner, complete with two fellows who apparently thought it was OK to play loud videos on their smart phones — the staff allowed this to go on for five minutes.
We thought the food was better than Denny’s, and we liked our waitress- who was helpful – but the service was slow because of the kitchen.
Good food. Understaffed.
Oh yes. IHop used to have superb corned beef hash. No more. 🙁

Lilly Anna was an amazing server at IHOP! She was incredibly nice, personable, and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. She checked on us at the perfect times, had a great attitude, and made the whole experience enjoyable. It’s always refreshing to have service that feels genuine and friendly. Thank you, Lilly Anna, for making our visit such a pleasant one — we’ll definitely be back!

Staff waited 15 minutes to sit us. Party of 7.. after they sat us we waited for 20 minutes with no one coming to the table. Would not recommend at all..

Food is normally really good. But, if you order something made different than the way they normally make it…it will always come out wrong because the cooks dont pay attention to what’s on the ticket. My special orders always go back at least once, its super annoying.

Food was okay, my country fried steak was warm yet my eggs and hash browns cold. The serving size of hash browns sure has shrunk as well as the amount of gravy on the country fried steak. While it was slow it still took 20 min to take our order and another 20 min after we were done to get a check and another 5 min to pay said check. Will not be coming back to this ihop

It’s IHOP I wasn’t expecting fine dining, however horrible experience. The restaurant felt like a sauna, the tables were dirty, short staffed. They took a long time to serve us. I ordered the poblano omelet which I will say didn’t taste bad but looked like they just slap it together, left is what isn’t he menu right is what I received. Savannah, our server was nice but she rang us up on the wrong table and triple charged me. Thank goodness I looked at the tablet before I signed. Took them forever to fix it and refund me. Not even an apology.

I ordered a T-bone steak cooked medium with a side of green beans. The first plate came out with a raw steak and cold green beans. I let the server know the food was not what we expected.
They remade the steak, but the second one came out well-done and extremely dry. Very disappointing and frustrating. Properly cooking a steak—and even basic green beans—should not be this difficult.
The kitchen clearly needs better training.

Shame on me. IHOP is close in proximity about a mile. I used it four times before today on a call and pick up. The first time, DoorDash took My order and left me with another one of the same first name not near what I ordered, reordered, rectified. Second time went smooth as directed. Third time got home without part of my order. The fourth time got there, my favorite time, I didn’t have an order until I proved I paid for one and then it was 22 minutes to pick up my order.
Today was my fault, got there a bit early knowing I’d wait, get it when it’s done. The order came everything was there all good, and then I blew it. I asked for extra gravy seven minutes later I walked without it.

Sunday morning 1030am. We ordered 2.meals nothing complicated no substitutions. got the food at 1120. Who sends half their staff home (according to the waiter) on a Sunday morning?!? Geeze. Had a 2yr old who got really fussy waiting for food. Atmosphere is not inviting. Cold and cramped. Food was okay. Next time we’ll be hitting up a fast food joint instead because this place was terrible.
