IHOP 101 and Bell location. Went here for lunch today with my mom. The staff were attentive and nice, we were seated right away. The restaurant looked decently clean, except I did not like that they had some weird leak in the ceiling with an open gross ceiling tile near and above where people were eating. I got a grilled cheese and fries and they were delicious and fresh!

Usually a great spot for Breakfast, but the service was horrible today. It took 10 minutes after being seated just to get our coffee order, from the manager I believe. The only server on staff never greeted us, skipped us and served two tables that came in after us. During the 20 minute wait between placing our order and leaving, both, tables got their food, and drink refills. As locals, we won’t be back. I recommend going down the road to

Byron was an amazing server at IHOP! He was very friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the whole time. Our food came out quickly and exactly how we ordered it. He checked on us often without being overwhelming and had a great attitude that made our experience even better. Because of Byron, our visit was enjoyable and stress-free. We will definitely ask for him again next time we come back!

Great place to have dinner and breakfast at night! So we arrived at 10pm or so and were greeted by an exceptionally friendly person who ended up being our waitress – Tanya! She was a breath of fresh air and made us feel right at home. She was professional, knowledgeable about the menu and never stopped smiling. Additionally, we loved that there was an “55 +” menu and they take AARP. Highly recommend this place!

I went to this IHOP and the waitress. Roselyn the waitress was amazing. I was seated immediately by the manager Jose. He was very nice and greeted me immediately as was the waitress. My food came very quickly and everything was delightful. As was the service I will be coming to this location regularly from now on service was amazing.

Couldn’t tell you how the food was. We waited for 30 minutes after getting seated, gave our drink order and never even got our drinks. Server disappeared so we left.

This is the best ihop between here and California. The food was great and the server was wonderful. Hailey was our server and what a pleasure to have someone who actually cares about her customers. Berto is the manager and he came over and talked to us to make sure we had a nice experience. I like the ambiance at this ihop. It’s light and bright with sunlight that gives it a good feel for us. Great job Berto and Hailey P!

When I walked in, the hostess seated my family quickly, which I appreciated. However, she placed us in a section filled with screaming children and didn’t tell us who our server would be. One of the female servers in that area even seemed to be encouraging the noise instead of helping manage it.
As the noise continued, I looked around and noticed that servers were attending to every other table except ours. Ten minutes passed, and no one had come to take our order. During that time, three tables had left and three new groups were seated. At the 20-minute mark, we were still waiting.
I saw a male server helping those newer tables, so I assumed he might be assigned to us. But once he finished with them, he walked away without acknowledging our table. By the time we had been sitting for over 30 minutes, we were frustrated, hungry, and still ignored. We were ready to walk out.
Just then, a different female server finally approached us, apologized, and offered to get us drinks. When she returned, she said she would just take over as our server. While we appreciated her stepping in, the food didn’t make up for the experience. Two stacks of our pancakes were overcooked and tough. The next day, I looked under my pancake and saw mold. We hadn’t eaten anything green, so it had clearly been served that way.
If I had known how this visit would turn out, I would’ve left IHOP after 10 minutes and gone somewhere else. Between the constant noise from the screaming kids and the long wait with no service, the entire experience was disappointing.
As we were checking out, I noticed a few servers arguing at the back register, clearly about my table. From what I could see, the male server seemed irritated and unwilling to serve us.

Stopped here for lunch and overall it was pretty good. We enjoyed some French toast as well as the cinnamon bun pancakes. I was pretty impressed with the size of the French toast. It was really thick. You got a good helping of pancakes as well. Service was good and I like how they leave you a pot of coffee at the table. Overall it was pretty good and a great option for breakfast or dinner.
