Ok, so this was my first visit to this location and I wasn’t thrilled. Our waitress checked on us twice the entire time we were there, they were not busy at all, maybe 6 tablesin the entire place that had patrons sitting at them. I ordered the sirloin tips breakfast and they were beyond overcooked. I asked for rare and there wasn’t any pink in those bites. The New York strawberry cheesecake pancakes tasted like regular pancakes with strawberries and whipped cream, not sure where the cheesecake part was. I’m pretty sure that this location will not be a future destination for me.

Free parking on the plaza, they’re short in staff so the service is a little slow, a little dirty, the food is good, good price, around $20 per person, music at good volumethe staff is friendly.

Absolutely fantastic experience at this IHop in Tempe! Caden our waiter was extremely polite, professional, willing to help, and overall a pleasure to converse and be helped by. I love this IHOP and the staff. Definitely super clean and inviting. I would recommend you check them out and say hello to Caden for me!

We stopped by iHop in Tempe. I hadn’t been to the new location on Rural since the Apache location closed. We were greeted by a friendly host staff and were quickly seated at a booth of our choosing. Ordering was easy, and Caden gave us great service. The food was fresh and delicious! We’ll definitely be back.

My first visit here and the place was empty. I expected my service and wait time to be shorter than it was, since no one was here. Next, I ordered the sirloin tip and eggs and when I received my food it was sloshed and filled with juice. My partner food was undone as well. We spoke to the manger and all she did was offer to recook our meal. After we had decline and politely explained we were only eating because we were hungry, the food was not satisfying or. even good. I would just say think twice about coming here. Well maybe. Nights are unusually this way. M

Great visit! Nora was an amazing waitress, super friendly, fast, and on top of everything even though it was busy. She kept drinks filled, made good menu suggestions, and handled the chaos around her like a pro. Easily the best service I’ve had here. Also order the pancakes here. DELICIOUS.
