Unfortunately another bad review… We ordered the exact same breakfast (minus cheese and onions on my hashbrows) and my food size was half of his. (I’m adding photos) .. even when manager came over he was not friendly nor aplogetic) We already waited 20 min for our food, now he will be finished before i even get my food. He is on his lunch break, so this makes him late.

Terry is amazing!!! We go out of our way to see her. She’s so patient with my toddler she remembers everything from my order. She even remembers our favorites. She makes us feel like family and they try to go in at least once a week.

Jasmi m e was the only waitress doing her best to service ALL the customers’ needs– we counted she had over nine tables. However, the cook was not as successful. Food was disappointing. Mac n cheese was watery and potatoes had the same watery texture. If not for the bits of potato peel, you’d think they were instant. The chicken was dry, old, yet raw in parts. The Cali had sparse ingredients on only half of each side of toasted bread. Reality was definitely NOT as pictured on menu.

****Update**** I was called by the corporate office, but I was at work so I did not answer. They did leave me a voicemail and I called them back and also left a voicemail. Haven’t heard from anyone cents. So if you use the link to contact them for feedback, and they call you, make sure you answer. Otherwise, your voice will never be heard. It’s OK because I do not plan on ever going back to this location.

I love IHop and all their breakfast offerings. It’s definitely my favorite place to go for that. The dining room was very quiet and fairly clean. I have been noticing across the board that staffing is very light at their establishments during the day. There was only one person for hosting, seating, and ordering services in the dining room. Which makes service quite slow. I don’t know if that’s due to call outs or a deliberate schedule choice by management, but even so, be mindful if you’re starving!

The service was prompt, efficient, friendly and courteous. My host/waiter/cashier all the same gentleman was very good and nice. The food was timely and on point. I had the original chicken tenders and French fries. Yummy

Covid-19 has taken its toll on this place. After about a 20-minute wait we finally were seated. It took another 20 minutes for the waitress to come by only after the hostess ask if we had been helped yet. They are definitely short-staffed. The tables were all a mess so they were only seating about a fourth of their capacity. The food was good and our waitress was very friendly but the place was a mess and understaffed.

Service was awful!! Took 30 minutes to get a cup of coffee. Then another 10 to get the creamer. Waitress didn’t get orders right, nor did she know what came with each order. She was completely clueless. Got told it was busy when maybe 5 tables with people in them. Definitely will not come back to this location. Along with this, didn’t have enough silverware for our table. I had to wait for my husband to finish his plate so I could have a fork due to the waitress being nowhere in sight.

Oh my goodness. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years because this ihop was the best. But after today, I will NEVER be coming back. The service and food quality has immensely gone down. We waited 10 minutes before someone came to our table to get our drink & food order. The food arrived before our drinks. We waited around for coffee refills. The waffle I ordered was broken and falling apart. My iced coffee was only 2/3’s full. The bacon was undercooked, even though I asked for extra crispy. My eggs were cooked over easy after I asked for over medium. The attention to detail was horrible as if they don’t care.
