The servers was very polite very helpful. The restaurant is clean. The server made sure I got my free stack of pancakes. The food was good and just so you know you can get two pancakes and an omelette for 6 bucks you can’t beat that!!

Stopped by IHOP and had a really good experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and our food came out hot and fresh. Pancakes were fluffy, the breakfast was tasty, and the portions were just right.
Even though it was a busy morning, service was quick and everyone made sure we had what we needed. The place was clean and comfortable, which made it easy to just sit back and enjoy the meal.
Perfect spot for breakfast or brunch when you want something casual and satisfying. Good food, great service, and a relaxed vibe. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I was in a few weeks ago and Yesenia was fantastic. She had a few other tables and was the only server but was still on top of everything me and my family needed. My cup was also never empty which is rare nowadays. The food was good but Yesenia really made this experience amazing

The service here is terrible. After waiting for my 30 minutes for a server to even greet us. I then had to wait even longer to get my drinks. After asking 3 separate times for my coffee she continued to forget. They have plenty of servers here, so why the service is so bad is kind of amazing to me. You have to try to be this terrible. They clearly don’t make their customers a priority here. I will not be returning! If I could give them 0 stars I would.

We dined here at 11am on a Sunday, their busiest time. The wait was long for a table. Our server, Zain, was great and did an awesome job. The kitchen took a minute on this busy Sunday, but impressed by the food being hot and tasty.

Cute location and nothing special compared to other IHOP locations. My main complaint would be that we waited quite awhile before a server greeted my family, and they brought the wrong syrup which wasn’t a huge deal to ask again. I also tried their new blueberry lemon ricotta pancakes which were quite disappointing without much lemon flavor at all, a skimpy amount of the ricotta filling, leaving semi dry pancakes (generally protein pancakes ARE on the dryer side, but without the toppings and flavor they aren’t worthy of another try next time).

This location is always pretty busy. Today they were very short handed. Kudos to the staff as they didn’t let it get to them. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. The prices are good. The portions are the perfect size. There is a nice selection of items to choose from. I had the burrito bowl. It was good. I would return.

We went to IHOP for lunch today and had the pleasure of being served by Clohie and meeting the manager on duty Syon who was very professional by the way I noticed him instructing the crew and helping the customers at the front desk. He also explained what was in the cookie butter pancake on the flyer at the table, sounds so delicious. Our food was so delicious and next time I will try the steak bites because he said they are delicious. Clohie was so sweet and helpful making sure we were taken care of with every pass of our table while helping other customers. Thank you guys for making my first time visit to this location a wonderful experience.

Only place open after 10pm in the local area. When we entered there were only 2 groups of patrons (single and group of 4). Our order was taken promptly, but our meals came out 45mins later and along with our appetizers – defeats point of appetizers. And only after we chased down our waiter to ask her about our order status. The food served was wrong, but by this point we accepted defeat and just wanted to go.
The food was greasy, poor in quality and taste. Huge disappointment. I would have rather consumed a protein shake from the gas station.
I would not recommend this business.
