This place was horrible, my kids and I waited 15 minutes to be seated while watching 4 servers talk and conversate in front of us. It was very slow, I don’t know why, there was plenty of seating and more than 15 servers just walking around laughing, talking & constantly taking out their phones, like they were on their breaks. They were not professional at all with their saggy pants & hair hanging in their face and chewing gum while finally talking our order. And lastly our server got my order wrong, and had to correct it three times. My recommendation comes to the manager, she needs to be better trained so she can properly train her teenage employees as they were the ones on their break while working. I hope when I come back to visit again I have a better experience than this one.

I went to IHOP with 2 of my 4 Grandchildren. The service was GREAT! Our server was very attentive, and friendly, and helped make our time at IHOP a very memorable time. We will DEFINITELY be going back to that IHOP. Good Job IHOP. :^)

We are regulars at this location and most always have great service, though our recent visit wasn’t the best. They were short staffed so you could tell our waitress was having a hard time taking care of all the tables but she was still very friendly. Also, once we paid they did not return one of our friends cards which we later had to go pick up for them once they found out it had not been returned to them. Food is always good and will probably keep returning since its close by and we enjoy the food.

Upon arrival, there was no one at the host stand. All the servers and another member in the kitchen who later I realized she was the manager. They all gave me eye contact but no one would at the very least say “I’ll be right w you” 10mins later I came to a server and asked her to seat me. Her face said it all (didn’t greet me, no apology or some sense of acknowledgment) She asked a server “can I seat her in your station” she rudely said no. She then takes me to a table that was dirty. This server demeanor showed she was annoyed having to help me. Also, all the staff tend to have personal conversations throughout the dinning room it made me uncomfortable having to get my servers attention bcz she was in the middle of a personal conversation w another member. I Can literally share these two personal life. That’s how loud and exposed they Carried on.

Can I do 0 stars, went there this morning after being seated at our table we were completely ignored. Some servers were working the one who seated us started talking to a friend at another table and did not look our way again, didn’t offer drinks, nothing. When other people came in she went to seat them and got their drink order. After 10 minutes of being ignored we were done, we left. Guess if you don’t speak spanish then they don’t need you. Will NEVER go back to this location again which is to bad as it WAS my husband’s favorite. Place has changed for THE WORST!!!!!
