Danyette was our service tonight. She was the only server on the restaurant. For running the show all by herself, she was great!! Very kind, kept an eye on all the tables, and truly just a hard worker that always had a smile on her face. As a CEO myself, I understand the value of hard working and friendly employees. I believe he needs a nice Christmas bonus, raise, or at least company wise recognition.

We waited at the front door for a really long time. The server was short tempered while taking our order. There was no one else in the restaurant. The food was gross. The steak was chewy, cold, and didn’t taste good. Even the pancakes were cold and not as good as I remembered ihop being. When we tracked the server down to get our bill after waiting for her to come back for twenty minutes. The bill didn’t make sense and I swear we were overcharged. We wanted out of there so we paid and left. Would not recommend this place to anyone. For being IHOP you’d expect the pancakes to be decent and they weren’t. Very unhappy with this experience.

Pretty average experience. The waiter was having a hard time with the order, the cooks forgot several ingredients on the entrees, the restaurant felt like a cafeteria with the maintenance and lighting.

My husband and I had a great experience at the IHOP in Centerville. Our waitress, Carrie, was so friendly and attentive. My husband loved his coffee cake pancakes, and my sirloin tips and eggs were perfect.
Carrie checked on us just the right amount, kept our drinks topped off, and made the whole meal feel easy and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back—IHOP is lucky to have her.

I came here for a celebration!! The food was so good, I got the pumpkin spice pancakes, AMAZING with the butter pecan syrup!! Our server Sky was so sweet, she asked if I wanted crispy bacon and hash browns and I’d never been asked that before but I loved the options!!! She was the best waitress I’ve had and such amazing customer service!!! Loved my experience would come again!!
