Our party was informed upon ordering that all of the prices in the menu were incorrect (supposedly the menu needs to be updated).
The Breakfast Faves combo, listed for $7.00 is now $15 (!!). The side of 2 pancakes, listed for $1.99 is now $5 (!!!). The Fisherman’s platter, listed at 12.99 is now $15.49. The waiter didn’t have any kind of explanation. There’s a Denny’s 300 feet away with an accurate menu and better prices. Will not be returning.

The service was top notch! Our waitress had only one usable arm and she didn’t let that slow her down. It was busy with big parties and the servers worked really well to help one another.

The other morning we went in to eat at IHOP. We were seated promptly, and given time to look at the menu. The server was Sam , he was great! He was very attentive, He keep are drinks full and that’s a big deal for me. The food was delivered hot and we enjoyed our breakfast.

This restaurant was very clean and quiet. Our egg burritos were good look’n… but needed some happy, flavorful sauce added. Our server is studying to be a ballroom dancer and was exceptionally pleasant to talk to…. excellent posture ‼️ We had a lovely breakfast at lunch time.

I’m an IHOP junkie, I love my Breakfast Sampler and I love all the other dishes! LOL My middle name is IHOP I know my orders so well that I can walk into any IHOP and be ready to order. It was no different in this one. However, I had to wait for my 2 boys to pick out what they wanted. You should know I’ve tried out every omelet and almost every burger they have. I’ve had all the breakfast dishes on the menu also. That’s how much I eat at IHOP.
This location was good with a minor issue. The cook messed up both of my boy’s orders. However, and this is my personal true measure of a company, someone fixed it. Shirley our waitress didn’t try to blame anyone even though it was very clear the cook gave us the wrong thing, apologized, then she made it right.
She didn’t have to ask a manager or anyone else, that’s empowerment to me. It also speaks well of the cook. I’ve worked at IHOP and sometimes, those guys can be hard to work with and don’t want to be wrong. When that happens, they won’t redo your order and the waitress is left holding the bag.
Shirley handled the little mishap well and we just moved on. It was handled and I was happy

– Cleanliness of the restrooms – 4 star for this location
– Cleanliness of the store itself – 5 star for this location
– Customer Service – 5 star for this location
– Working Tap at the register – 5 star for this location. Well, IHOP has started using a QR code on the receipt to pay and it was fun to show Shirley how this worked, she didn’t know

I’m at work right now but I was craving some type of breakfast food and was unable to abandon my post. I doordashed something off the IHOP menu and was extremely satisfied—although my wallet took a hit with all the service/delivery fees and tips
Pancakes were very fluffy; food was savory and delicious. I apologize to the night staff for the last-minute order. Literally submitted my order 20 minutes before closing, but I was in the trenches and needed a pick-me-up…or two.

The food is mediocre and service is the same. They seem to be pretty under staffed as well.
This last time my family went here my pancakes still had raw batter in them, all of our hash browns were rock hard, and eggs were way under done. Our waitress asked if we wanted water after our coffee order and she never brought it out. But we watched her on her phone talking to her coworkers. When it was time to pay she selected the 25% tip option for me to which I changed it to 20% (which was generous).
