Had to send my plate back the first time due to it having hair in the food, got it brought back with cheese and a side of eggs, had to take all the cheese off. Please just do better train your staff better! Should be embarrassed

Came in around 9 pm, and ran to car to get a blanket it was so cold. Only a few tables with customers, but we waited a long time for our order to be taken. Forgot the salsa and had to go to kitchen to get it. Menus were sticky. Bathroom trash overflowing. Waited forever to get our tab. Then waited again while waitress wiped down a table and seated someone else before she brought our card back. She told us to please give her a minute while she did these things, and it was not a sweet request. It felt more like “chill out, I’m busy.” It was almost 10:30 before we were out of there, for a simple breakfast. Someone else needs to open a pancake house! No competition from IHOP!

Went for kids eat free Tuesday night. Food was pretty good but the service lacked. Took about 15 minutes to order. They forgot to cook my husband’s meal so it came 10 minutes after the rest of the family. Seemed like we were sitting there waiting a long time even though it was not very busy. They forgot to take off the price of the kids meals at first, then took the receipt back to make adjustments and took another 10 minutes. While the food was good, it took a long time and wasnt a great deal even with the kids meals free. Not worth it imo.

The waitress took our orders for the drinks, brought them in a reasonable amount of time, and then left without even asking if we were ready to order our food. It took another 5-10 minutes before they noticed we still had our menus and then asked if we had ordered.

Food was better than I expected, to be honest. Warm and tasted great. Liked the different syrup flavors. They were delicious and I didn’t feel like I was just drowning the pancakes in syrup.

Every time we come to this location we get Jessica as out waitress she is so amazing every time she’s super interactive and consistent with checking on us she is great with our two little girls! It’s not hit or miss with her she has the same amazing outstanding attitude every time !keep being you we appreciate waitresses like you and give a very generous tips to the ones like you!

I don’t know where to start…. This was THE WORST IHOP I HAVE BEEN TO!!! When our group of 11 showed up, there was no one at the front. We waited for about 5 minutes before I went back to the kitchen to find someone. Strike one. When we were seated, we ordered our drinks (soda, WATERS, couple minion milk shakes). Who knew it would take 20 minutes to just get a water!! One of my friends tried to order a root beer float. He was told they couldn’t do that for him because it wasn’t on the menu. The. He asked for just a glass of root beer and a side of ice cream. Again he was told no they couldn’t do that. Fine, water it is! After we ordered our food, we sat and waited for an hour. During that time no one refilled the drinks (waters and sodas). We had to wave someone down and sadly raise our voices to be heard (there was only another group of 4 at a booth in the restaurant… no one else!) Strike two. When food finally arrived it was adequately warm but could have been warmer. My friend asked for peanut butter for his meal. He was told they don’t have peanut butter…. WHAT DO YOU MEAN?!? The Meridian IHOP has peanut butter…. This place just had nothing going right. I am surprised it hasn’t been shut down because of how terrible the service was. Strike Three. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION! Don’t waste your time. Shari’s down the street would have been better. If I could leave a 0-star review I would.

I don’t know if they were under staffed or what the case was but i waited to be seated for a good 15 minutes i could tell the waitress was busy. Not her fault. For our food to come out was another hr or so i ordered chicken and waffles had never tried it and i was so disappointed. The waffles were as hard as rocks and super dry i could barely enjoy them as well as the chicken tenders super dried out.

When we got there, we were expecting good service because the place looks clean, they are understaffed, but they don’t have to be rude about it, so our party of four walked out and ended up in Starbucks. There was a nice grandma infront of us and they told her to wait and a manager came up to her and she wasn’t nice to the grandma as soon as we saw that and the wait we had to do, we decided to leave.
