Our waitress’ name was Angelina, she was really friendly and prompt. The food was good! It came out quickly and tasted exactly how we expected, and that’s all we needed. The restaurant was clean and quiet when we went.

I have never had a great experience at ihop until this last time. The food came out so quickly and they worked so well with my sons allergies. We had the sweetest little waitress Victoria and she was so helpful and funny. We got our drinks so fast. She was so kind when I told her about our son’s celiac and made the process of finding something he could eat off the menu so easy.

I went for steak, eggs, and pancakes. All of which was great. I loved the steak. The waitress was alright. She had some friends there and seemed to be a bit distracted. She didn’t check up until she gave me the bill. Honestly, it was annoying because I wanted more pancakes and a refill (refill wasn’t offered) sooner before the bill was given.
Overall, I’d go back. The waitress just needs to work on being more attentive to the other customers if and when her friends visit.

My husband and I came here and had an amazing meal thanks to Kellie our server. We hands down had the nicest, fastest service that we have had in a long time. She made sure we were taken care of from the time we walked in to the time we left. Refilling our drinks as soon as they were emptied, patient with me when my order took a while because of diatary restrictions and was overall a very wonderful women. The food tasted amazing as well and was a overall amazing experience.

I would give service a big fat zero. I get its christmas evening but we have sat here 25 minutes and still have not been served any drinks or our order taking while people seated after us have drinks and appetizers. None of the other servers have even checked in with us but have looked and noticed we have nothing…..As a restaurant manager I have never had such awful service. No pep in anyone’s step and definitely not a friendly face around .

Came here a few times and service was amazing, food was great, and the overall experience was awesome! Jessica has been our server every time and she has done an amazing job and made sure we’re taken care of! Only problem is the wait times, but you’ll have that when you come in on busy weekend mornings lol. Overall amazing experience!

You know typical experience at ihop is like a 1 to 2 star. I really don’t love this place due to recent service in the past couple years. But today holy. The service was absolutely fantastic. The server was busy but yet so quick to help everyone. She got us our food out so fast and it was probably the hottest I’ve ever gotten food from this place. The current staff is great. If you haven’t been here recently give it another shot. Mark and Isha (sorry I probably spent that wrong) are Rockstars! They need to be recognized for there fantastic customer service. I will be back and recommend many people moving forward. Thank you again Isha and Mark for the great experience here.
