Food has been good the last few times I’ve come in but the cleanliness is awful. P.S don’t look under tables! I about died! My kids crawled under and told me how gross it is.

I had such an amazing experience at IHOP thanks to our server—hands down the most exceptional person I’ve ever had at any restaurant. From the moment we sat down, they were friendly, attentive, and honestly just made the whole visit feel special. They checked on us often without being overbearing, made great menu suggestions, and even remembered the small details we asked for. Our food came out quickly, everything was perfect, and their positive attitude really made our morning.
You can tell they truly care about their job and the customers they serve. If you’re going to IHOP, I seriously hope you get the chance to be served by them. It completely elevates the entire experience!

We had an excellent experience at IHOP thanks to Addi! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Our food came out quickly, our drinks were always full, and she had such a positive attitude that really made the meal enjoyable. It’s rare to get service that genuinely stands out, but Addi absolutely did. We’ll definitely be back and hope to have her as our server again!

The food was decent, but the servings were small. The price was reasonable. The service was really poor. There was no wait, but we still had to wait 15 to 20 minutes until they noticed us and got us seated. We only saw our server when we ordered, when she brought the food and then when she took care of the check. We all ran out of our drinks and never got a refill. My oldest’s pancakes did not have any butter and we never got a chance to ask for any. There didn’t seem to be enough staff to cover everyone. We were waiting 10 minutes for our check. Very disappointed.

The food was good, very good actually. Our waitress was overloaded and though she put in solid effort, you could tell it was a rough day. They were definitely short-staffed and the service suffered as a result. I’d probably check other breakfast places before going back.

The food is usually okay, the service is usually okay once you actually get seated which always seems to take longer than I needs to based on the empty tables. Had a hair in our food, it happens sometimes we get it, they comped the meal so that’s nice but as we were leaving we saw a cook in the back with a big ol beard and no beard net. If we can see that it makes me wonder what we can’t see?

So this is an updated review on IHOP. So about a year ago the food, service was horrible. But now I have gone here once a week for 3 weeks in a row and the food and service is great. Thank you to the Manager who took charge and changed what needed to change. Please keep up the good work.

Passing through. We were the only ppl there. Our food came out mildly warm, my scrambled eggs were still runny, the coffee was yuck, bacon was hard to chew, sausages were hard. The only thing good were the avocado slices. The servers were very nice and friendly, they were on the ball. Very disappointed with the cold, poorly cooked food. I was so hungry. Bummer!

Came for breakfast and a young lady helped me. Amari I think. It was a very unique name. I have issues reading, even at this older age, and she helped read the menu to me. She went section by section letting me know what was good and on Special. I of course made it difficult by wanting to customize everything I ordered instead of enjoying the menu items. But this kid was so great and helped be build my breakfast. She was an absolute rock star as I watched her run around helping all the other busy tables, cleaning, and just all around working hard. Best server I have come across in years. Please let her know for me. It must be challenging to hear a positive review with so many demanding and mean spirited people. Thanks for a great experience.
