This is coming from a very pissed off momma. This evening, my kids went with their two grandmas to ihop on south pueblo boulevard to have dinner. After placing their orders and getting their food, my son asked 4 more slices of bacon. Mind you this is usually what he does.And he is allowed to order for himself exactly what he wants. My son has special needs where he has a limited number of foods that he will eat. So when he wants something, we give it to him. My kids are never rude when they ask the waiter or anything. He just simply asked 4 more slices of bacon. The waiter looks up at my son, and he tells him no. When the waiters confronted by my kids grandma, the waiter said that their manager wanted them to leave and that they would cook No more bacon. After hearing this and about the discrimination against my kids.I gave the manager a call right after the incident happened tonight. I was very nice on the phone to begin with.When asked if my kids were a disruption or I rate, or if they did something that would warrant them to be asked to leave. The manager said that the he reviewed the cameras and that the kids were not a disruption. And that they, we’re just told to leave. The manager said that the waiter would be spoken to. I then asked, why was it so hard for the waiter to go and put in the order for 4 more strips of bacon. The manager then says to me that it was not the waiter’s fault that the cook did not want to cook any more bacon and that he was annoyed that the waiter was still coming back with more orders. Please tell me at the international house of pancakes…. Why is it so hard to cook bacon? When that is a staple on their menu?

My sister Melody and her son Quin and my niece Ciera joined this awesome Breakfast date yesterday morning with our Favorite Aunty Florence it was her 88th Birthday and we all had a really great time together, we got to reminisce about the past times we all had growing up and our waitress was super on top of everything that we needed !.!.! I just can’t say enough good things about this amazing breakfast date @ IHOP ☕ Totally would recommend this place to everyone that wants a relaxing place to go eat , Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner ️ which ever one fits your appetite !.!.!

Went with family (5) On Christmas and waited less than 10 minutes for a walk in. Food was delicious, and cheaper than we were expecting. Only downside was it took an hour for our food but it was Christmas so not too surprised. Waiter was friendly and quick. Quality was good. We went to the IHOP on hwy 50 and the quality difference is outrageous. I’d make the drive for this IHOP over the other any day.

Fantastic service on a Saturday for breakfast. Our waiter was very friendly (Dominick), and it was a surprise to see different people bringing coffee, clearing dishes, etc.. I will have to say that the food was delicious, except for the sausage, it was not really hot and the texture was all wrong. Great upsell on the part of the waiter– offering bananas and strawberries on my French Toast, delicious. Unfortunately I do not live there or I would go back time and again.

We arrived as a party of 10 and withing the section we were placed our server had about 22 people total. This young lady was on her A-game. She did not leave any one table unattended or looking as if their server had gotten lost. Food came out quick and her attentiveness made the visit enjoyable. She commented I had left the highest tip she received all and I was shocked because he service was definitely worth it. We will most likely come again when we are in town.

I doordashed Ihop last night, had the build youre own omelette. It tasted fine, as usual. However when I went to bed, four hours later i was up puking, and having severe diarrhea as well of a fever. Ive felt queasy since. I am more than positive that I got food poisoning, and I dont think ill be ordering here again, whether its dining in or having it delivered.

The staff on the overnight new years shift is irredeemable. I was picking up an order and waited over an hour. In that time I saw no less than nine people come in and leave most of which weren’t even acknowledged by the hostess and food was coming out so slow people who had been seated had not received their food by the time I left. This location is without a doubt one of the worst restaurants in town. Purely from a business standpoint I can’t understand how someplace like this could stay in business and let all that business go away. Not to mention the secondary loss of business that’s sure to be seen from horrible whisper campaigns The word of mouth on this night is going to be that that place is the worst. I don’t know what y’all could possibly do to win back any favor.

We had a late dinner. Our server was nice and appeared to be the only one in the restaurant. Luckily they weren’t that busy. The food was good and was relatively quick. They are a bit expensive.

Ordered two LA street dogs and received two dogs with just pickles, onions and mustard. Not at all what I ordered. The woman on the phone when I called was polite and pleasant. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with this location.
