Great experience with Thomas as our server! He made sure our drinks were always full and was very friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. He had a very positive attitude and made the whole experience welcoming, it is clear he works very hard and cares about good service. He’s the best server I have ever had at IHOP!

Any time we come to this location, it is always a good time. Our server today, Ryan, was Awesome! He made us laugh and was in a great mood. He was so attentive and made the environment homey. We love this location. This is our go to IHOP! They have the best service and the staff is always super nice. But great job Ryan! We hope to see you next time!

The hostess/manager sat us right away and asked us what we wanted to drink.
We had the cinnamon balls first there were very good, way better than taco bells.
I had the steak tips and eggs and they were very tasty with the onions/mushrooms and not over seasoned. While my daughter had the spinach and mushroom omelet with the hollandaise sauce. She said it tasted good.
I will have to say this location knows how to do the hashbrowns right!
Other locations I’ve tried they were hard and crunchy but these were cooked just right.
The waitress was friendly and attentive.
It was very quiet in there and nice music was playing.

Since this restaurant has opened so close to home we come here often, especially when they mail out coupons. Servers are always friendly, coffee is always good and the food is what you might expect from an IHOP. Yesterday I ordered the sirloin tips and eggs and I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. Go give IHOP a try.

This was my first time at this IHOP location. I went there on a Wednesday night to pickup an order of pancakes that I placed in the mobile app. The order was finished before the promised completion time which is a good thing. This was a five stars out of five stars experience.

The waitress was incredible and professional and had everyone saying how wonderful she was after done serving them. We appreciated her so much since we had two kids with one of them in a highchair. Our kids loved their smiley face pancakes and my breakfast burrito was delicious! The coffee unfortunately is still brown water from when I remember it a long time ago, but the food has improved since my last visit a decade ago. The price was great for a family of 4. Wonderful value.

i love ihop. i moved to colorado springs about 7 years ago and this is my favorite one to go to. the food is always good and it’s always clean inside. but the one reason i keep coming back is the service.
my boyfriend and i frequent this ihop, and started consistently coming about 10 months ago. the biggest reason we come back is our favorite server, Barbra. she is the sweetest ever. she always makes a point to be personal, greeting us with a warm smile and friendly wave every time. if we’ve had a long week, we stop into ihop to see Barbra.
the food is also always amazing. i get the same thing everytime, and it’s better every time i have it. everything is the perfect temperature and ive never had an issue with it.

One of our favorite places. The food is about what you would expect. Nothing amazing, but well made. The service is great! Staff is well trained and friendly. Perhaps most importantly, it’s always clean!
