My husband & I stopped by here for dinner. We were very impressed with this spot. First off, Bree was our server & she was absolutely magnificent! She was so sweet and knew the menu well. Secondly, the food was great. We ordered the t-bone steak dinner which was cooked to perfection. Overall, we would definitely recommend eating here.

We asked IHOP to cater for my daughter’s wedding…a morning garden wedding with a brunch. We had 150 people and the Chestnut IHOP did an absolutely amazing job! They arrived on time and took care of setting up all of the food for the buffet line in the designated formal serving pieces. They were a pleasure for our reception planner to work with, and she worked as a concierge at the Broadmoor and Garden of the Gods Resort so she knows good catering. We had so much positive feedback from our guests-they all LOVED the food and variety. Many remarked they didn’t know IHOP catered and they would be using them for their future events as well. It was a very unique dining experience for a wedding, especially a formal “British” tea inspired wedding, and we are so blessed we made the perfect choice in using IHOP. Thank you you so very much, Chestnut IHOP staff!!! We sincerely appreciate all of your effort and work towards giving my daughter a beautiful wedding day!

Beloved “small town in a big town” feel. Staff is always super friendly & helpful. Food is cooked to perfection, tho personally, I could use more sauce on things. A great place to grab a good, quick, homey meal.

Bree was so attentive! The Steakburger was so special. It was cooked perfect and was so juicy and flavorful. I used to eat at another similar restaurant down the street but IHOP has it going on with these steak burgers. I will definitely be back! Thank you, Free for your smile and your attention!

My husband and I come here almost every Monday brunch time. We enjoy the quiet atmosphere and fresh food. Becky is our favorite server, she remembers our choices on drinks and more. Very personable and funny and she cares about customer service.

For being in a less-than- desirable area, it wasn’t bad. Typically lots of street people in the area but wasn’t a problem today. Met with several friends and were all very pleased with the experience. Sat near a group of about 10 but hardly knew they were there. We’ll meet there again I’m sure!

I believe this is the best IHOP I’ve ever been to. The restaurant just looks so clean, new, and perfect. The service was very good, everyone was very kind. It was a very slow night when we visited, but everyone was still ready to help. We got food from the IHOPPY HOUR and, for that super cheap price, everything was delicious, hot, and so filling. We needed a box because we couldn’t finish everything! We will definitely try it for breakfast next time, even if the prices for that are very expensive. But this restaurant is the best in town for sure!
