We eat here often but I wanted to let you know that it is a great place to eat. It starts with the management that really care and try hard to do the best possible. The wait staff is great and do a super job from getting your drinks to the time you check out. Danny did a excellent job the last time we were there, thank you. The food has always been great also, hot and tasty with a big helping, my wife and I have split a meal and it fed us both. I recommend this place if you are needing a meal in Limon. The place is always clean and bright and with the recent remodel it is even better, the restrooms are much easier to get to. It has some noise but you can carry on a conversation very easy with those you are with. It is easy to get to and to park at also.

Your standard Ihop with above standard staff. They’re friendly and patient, and check on you periodically. You will still need to flag them down as they get do getbusy but they’re not going to ignore you at all and have been accommodating any time I have come in.
It’s Ihop, you’re not here for gourmet food, but the food is made how you want or ask for it. The staff do not hassle you for changes to your order. The items are clearly labeled and changes are generally accepted. Also if you have a kid who is picky or will only eat eggs a certain way, this is the place to come.
Ordering ahead is a good practice and your food won’t be cold if you get there when you set your pickup for.
Kid friendly. Attached to a Flying J which is really nice since I can go from breakfast to grab snacks for the road.
PLENTY of parking even if you have a trailer.

The location is nice and clean, but $3.99 for a plain hot coffee and over $40 for breakfast feels excessive—even if it is right off the highway. Prices seem a bit over the top. On top of that, the bathrooms were dirty and had a strong odor, which really takes away from the dining experience.

Again not a great IHOP. I’m giving 2 stars because my food was cooked very wonderfully, and it’s a holiday, but everything else was just subpar. I was given my check before I was given my full meal, never checked on wail eating, coffee took some time to get to the table and the little pots were wet. It also took some time to be seated which I expected for a holiday but for only about ten places occupied didn’t seem that busy to me.

Danny was our server, he was attentive and timely. Food was amazing all staff very friendly, Limon is a small town so we are so grateful for good food and friendly faces in an area with very little choices of restaurants ☺️

When we first got there I was really impressed with how clean everything was. It looked very good as there wasn’t anything on the floor and such. Also looked pretty new or recently renovated. Our server was very responsive and promptly brought us everything we needed. And lastly the food was good. I don’t think anyone would say ihop is amazing but everything was fine. I got protein pancakes so that put my bill at $20 which seems a tad high for one person, but is fairly common these days.

Food was ice cold. Server was very pushy for us to pay before she left. Considering we were the only ones in the place at 6am you would think the food would at least be warm with a 20 minute wait..

So let me set the scene a couple is ahead of us, they are seated then us. Not one server came to our table to offer us drinks. Not only was the couple ahead of us offered their drinks they got to order. We sat for a good while no one came to us. 3 people were seated after us. As we are leaving the server goes to all 3 tables that were seated after us. Needless to say we spoke with the manager Alex and the Hostess Kaylee B. They were phenomenal they apologized for their staff and gave us a discount on a to-go order. It will be a long time before we see another IHOP. The food was spot on so there is also that. Hopefully the staff will treat patrons better in the future.
