My last experience wasn’t great, but tonight was really incredible. The young man serving and seating was absolutely phenomenal. So kind and attentive. Our food was picture perfect, hot and yummy. Very happy customer!

Food was served cold. The mashed potatoes were extremely hard and sponge-like, not light or creamy at all. When I mentioned it, the server was dismissive and said that’s “how they’re normally supposed to be,” even after we showed how hard they were. The cheese and broccoli was just a slice of cheese thrown on top instead of an actual cheese sauce. The milkshakes were very watery, and we were told the metal mixing cup only comes if there’s extra left, which wasn’t explained beforehand.

We came for the kids eat free deal and did not disappoint. After a long road trip is was a nice beacon of hope to see a familiar IHOP.
We arrived at 6:30 and didn’t have to wait for a table. The server was attentive to the entire restaurant and the front history stand. We were seated immediately.
The kids both had pancakes for dinner and we gifted them hot chocolate as a drink for being good on our 7 hour drive. Our server, Jesse, was immaculate, prompt, friendly, and quick.
We didn’t experience a single hiccup during our experience and we are so grateful. We will definitely be back to this location for the cleanliness, food, and service.

IHOPA I am so beyond horrified their is not a word to describe how I feel. I went a few different times the fruit looked like it was seasoned I took it to the bathroom to inspect it and what do you know it’s seasoned. Some of the food was doordashed and the omlette looked like poop on it. The presentation is horrible and the doordash was even worse! I’m so disgusted. Oh! And there was burnt food. 0/10 would not try again.

Absolutely the worst experience!
The waitress Aly was very inexperienced.
She threw my husband’s plate of pancakes and dropped the whipped cream on the table. Then insisted we clean her mess up.
The manager didn’t care or pay attention to how she was trained. The pancakes look nothing like the photos. The waffles barely had anything on them.

My kids and I went for a late breakfast on New Year’s Eve. The restaurant was moderately busy but well staffed. Our server was attentive until she placed the check on our table, then she did not check on us again. I had to go to the front to ask for to go boxes and to get my bill paid. Other than that, the food was good and the service was as well, although my French toast was a little undone for my liking. My kids enjoyed everything they got with the pancake combo (2 pancakes, 2 eggs, hash browns, and choice of bacon and/or sausage). I didn’t snap pics because we were chatting and enjoying each other’s company, but the food was tasty overall and we were able to eat everything on our plates, my daughter is little, so she had leftovers to bring home.

I frequently order ihop to go, but the last two times I’ve ordered I’ve had problems. The first problem was I had to wait TEN minutes to pick up my food while being completely ignored by staff, no one asked for ten minutes what I was there for before helping me. The second problem is I order the classic eggs Benedict, yet somehow they have an incredibly strong artificial maple syrup flavor when I know their eggs Benedict isn’t sweet. Its just really disappointing to pay for something and not get what you ordered.

each time i go in the overnight crew are always amazing and always extremely helpful and kind. serenity has been my waitress the past two times i’ve been in and she is such a doll. she’s always very patient with my big indecisive groups and loves to help with input when she can. she’s great with conversation and communication. i know i’m going to have a good ihop visit when i come in and serenity is my server. all of the night crew are amazing and lively. serenity and the long haired gentleman are always a delight and our personal favorite.

Huge shoutout to Mercedes at the Fountain IHOP. We had a small issue with our order, but she handled it with grace and fixed it instantly. Her positive attitude and professionalism were the highlight of our visit. Highly recommend! 5/5 stars☺️

Very unhappy with the our visit. Took forever to get our initial drinks, to take our order, to get our drinks refilled, we basically never saw our waiter even when we needed to pay someone else came to bring us our check we had absolutely no service. We understand we are not the only costumers but we never saw her maybe she forgot she had a table in a different section or I don’t know but would not go back.
