My expectations were easily met during this dining experience. It was breakfast time, and I wanted pancakes. So why not pick i-hop? From when I sat down to when I left, my server was attentive, food was hot, and my drinks were kept full. The restaurant was not seated anywhere near capacity and was quiet. Overall, 5 stars.

curbside ordering is a joke. we waited 10 minutes after calling and just ended up going in. waited a little longer and finally got our food, but didn’t get our drinks. so we waited for those too. we’re told it was “a bad time of day” it was a tuesday afternoon with mostly empty tables??? thank god the food was decent. don’t offer curbside if the staff is unable to handle it. i work in the service industry too, i understand it’s hard.

Waited for curbside in my car 10 minutes. Never heard anything so I went inside and proceeded to wait another 15 minutes for them to get my drink. Of course all the food was was cold after sitting on the front desk for half an hour. Why have curbside pickup as an option if you’re going to ignore the requests on your POS???

$16 for just this plate of very basic and unappealing breakfast food — before tip! Tiny strange tasting sausage links, paper thin bacon, a small portion of lackluster hash browns, mushy frozen fruit. The eggs were made correctly. I would have rated one star but the server was excellent. Skip IHOP and support local diners who still care about delivering quality food to their customers at a reasonable price.

Didn’t get to eat. My mom got sick. My sister and I got her to the bathroom. A woman was so helpful and staff assisting us. We ended up paying for our meal. Staff put our meal in to go containers. . We did finally eat. Everything was perfect. Mom is feeling better .

My girlfriend and I came here to celebrare her birthday. When we we’re finally greeted we were given terrible service. Keep in mind I’ve served in the south getting paid $2.15 an hour so I’m considerate when it comes to service. They weren’t understaffed. I saw at least three servers and only 4 tables including ours. She made a point to come to her only other table (right next to us) and ignore us. I asked for a drink which I never got. My gf didn’t get half of her food. We waited for 30 minutes to get all of our food. By then the rest was obviously cold and we still didn’t receive the rest. I walked out refusing to pay. It probably took them another 45 minutes to realize we had even left.

Amaizing! It’s my first time visiting, and I love it. Servant/waiter Michael is the best. Helpful, he knows what you want. If they are really open 24/7 – incredible. On the picture crepes with strawberries, cram, vanilla and chocolate. Definitely I will came back to try other meals. They have many deals like kids eat for free (with adult purchase) and for Halloween kids have free scary face pancake. Also there is an app, where you collecting points ($5 spent – 1 point) and you can change them into rewards – free pancakes, started at 3points. So that mean that if you spend $15 you have free pancakes in the app after 24hours.
