Steph the waitress was so kind, attentitive and even went above and beyond for me and my family. She made us feel so comfortable and filled our drinks without having to ask. My daughter and I went to the IHOP in Castle Rock yesterday for breakfast and it was a great start to the day. I got the bacon avocado eggs Benedict (10/10) and a French vanilla iced latte that definitely understood the assignment. ☕ She ordered the waffle combo with a hot chocolate and was living her best breakfast life.
Even though it was busy, the service was great, the food came out quickly, and we were in and out in a totally reasonable amount of time. We’ll definitely be back!

Came in at about 7am on Monday morning.
Ordered a build your own omelet with 3 buttermilk pancakes, it was super delicious. The roasted tomatoes was a good option for the add-in for the omelet, recommend.
The buttermilk pancakes were perfect as well. Service was excellent, kept me topped off with water and was very attentive to all tables. Very professional feel, the manager who was dressed up went and made sure everything was good with all tables including mine. That’s a nice touch.
I liked it, roughly $16 + $4 tip – $20 cash. Water only. Great experience, clean, modern, food was perfect.

ZERO STAR!!! So imagine driving 10 hours and decide to stop for breakfast with your family 7 total. You’re asked if you want table or booth, you choose booth and are seated. Stand up to wash your hands and find your family cluttered in the middle table of the hall across the restaurant with only 6 chairs because someone called have called with a “big party” 50ppl and they get priority over you comfortability. The server told us that she can’t serve us because she’s waiting for a party and took us across the restaurant and sat us in the middle of the salon with a table with 6 chairs telling us another server will take care of us’ no one came, (MIND YOU the servers ser tion was empty, it wasn’t busy at all) well minutes passed by, everybody is walking around us they are seating other people, we were uncomfortable and in the middle with no extra chair one of us was standing just waiting, we decided to sit in a booth and pulled a chair for our 7th person, after a few minutes a server appeard in a very rude manner saying you can’t sit here, she didnt give us an option to sit us somewhere else, they simply didnt want to serve OUR family. NO server came, we were not seated properly and the waiters were just ignoring our family, we got up and left drove 20 extra minutes to Ihop down in 9565 s UNIVERSITY BLV HIGHLANDS RANCH where they have friendly staff, our server Nancy took great care of our family!! Staff members can make or break you’re restaurant!!

Service is incredibly slow. Did not receive the refills we requested. Pancakes were the smallest I’ve ever seen at an IHOP. They looked like silver dollar pancakes when it was supposed to be the full adult portion. It wasn’t busy but we still waited forever for our food only for it to arrive ice cold. With increased prices, smaller portions, slow service and cold food, we will not be back.

Terrible experience, we eat here about once per month and this was by far the worst. Eggs were all over hard, even the benedict, but somehow everything also managed to be room temp. Ordered a side of pancakes which should have been $4, instead it as $9. When I complained about the food the server said “it took longer then I expected so that makes sense”. I asked for a manager on my way out but after waiting for 5 min we just left and I wrote corporate. $60 for 2 adults and 1 child without tip.

Food was amazing. Really tasty. The pancakes were a bit dry. In the hash browns and the baked potatoes were amazing, no salt needed to be added. I did not like that we had to wait a lot for the waitress to get napkins, but her service was still great. The coffee was really good.
