We live across the street and have never eaten at this ihop so we decided today would be the day. Upon arrival there was nobody to greet us at the host stand. Once sat we noticed our server seemed to be lacking any kind of enthusiasm while having an AirPod in her ear while talking to us. The food was hotel food at best. Terrible eggs. We also were only allowed one glass of water each because our server didn’t feel it was within her pay to check on her table regularly. Mind you we were 1 of 4 tables at the time in the restaurant. We received coupons in the mail and one of which was a “BOGO MEAL” coupon. When we presented this coupon to our amazing server she told us it’s for the Denver area ihops only and proceeded to lecture us about how we are in Arvada. Which is apart of the Denver area. After that delightful encounter and doing some research we discovered that we are indeed in the Denver area but did not receive the discount. So wether it’s management passing down a message to not accept those coupons due to lack of business or because the server with the AirPod in has the general IQ of a rock, I’m left convinced to never step foot in that ihop or any other ihops again for the rest of my life.

They seemed to be the only 2 running the front of house, and even though the place was busy, they went above and beyond to make sure we were well fed and taken care of! Jess was an absolute sweetheart! THIS IS A REMINDER TO TIP YOUR SERVERS! If you cant afford the tip, you can afford the meal

The service of the waiter Timothy M was the worst experience I have had. I do not recommend it at all apart from being rude and insulting my friend and myself for asking him for time to think about what to eat and besides when I gave him his low gratitude he insulted me I do not recommend it and I ask that it be put to consideration since a person like that should not be serving people who are customers in such a rude way

Went for one meal with my daughter after a soccer game and it was trash. The waitress was very weird, strange unfreindly attitude. We ordered chicken and pancakes to share which was 15 dollars and the pancakes were not fluffy. They were dry, and fell apart everytime i went to pick one up. It was almost like brittle and dark when the should be light and fluffy. And when I was looking around other peoples were the same and some were way better. So why did I get the trash ones? It wasnt that busy but people were waiting along time for food. I waited almost 20 min for one plate of food. Im never going here again. I will go to the grocery store and make my own for the same price. I spen 40 dollars on 2 drinks, one meal. Thanks for nothing good.

Came in for a bite after a hike and ended up with the server, Jessica, really making me regret my decision to come in vs grabbing food elsewhere. She was curt from the very beginning and acted like she’d rather be doing anything else besides serving me and I couldn’t wait to get out of there and make this my last visit there. I had her for a previous meal here a few weeks ago, and it was the same experience so I couldn’t just mark her behavior for having a bad day. I tipped 20 percent regardless and didn’t get a thank you or anything after saying thanks on my end.
I see that other customers have mentioned their negative review here with this server as well so idk if this establishment has talked to this server directly about her funky serving behavior or if they just don’t care at this point.

Food was good but service was horrible went with my mom and daughter we got sat down then we sat there for 10 mins 3 waiters walked right past us finally asked a waitress who are server was she got a attitude tried to look at my mom to intimidating and she proceeded in a rude way hi how are you doing multiple time finally took out order when it was time to pay her attitude changed but when she seen no tip she got so mad I won’t tip anybody who gives bad service and most definitely won’t tip when you are rude the whole entire time I won’t be going back there at all worst customer service

Life can throw stuff at you and sometimes it hits us right in the face. It has taken a toll on me, and caused me to be homeless in my van for the time being. Just in conversation I mentioned it to this wonderful human being that was my waitress. She took care of my meal for me. Which blessed me more than she could know. Thank you very much Ms Bree. I pray God blessed you just as much as you have blessed me. If not more. Thank you for being such a kind and caring person.

Perfect spot for breakfast combos!! The food was really delicious and on point. The meal came out fast and accurate with excellent customer service. The waiter was very attentive but not overly attentive. Just right! I will be recommending IHOP to friends and family!

The coffee cup is so tiny, but the seating in both sides was repaired with tape! We wanted to share one side only, but we couldn’t. Also the waitress only came by to take our order, bring the food and leva the ticket. Must commend the guy cleaning the tables, Juanito is a charmer, I’ll go back just to chat with him.
