We went a couple days ago,party of 6, they were understaffed that day but our waitress Jessica was amazing, she excused herself to go and help in the kitchen cause they had a little rush and there were only 2 servers and 1 cook. Not much to say, she cooked our food herself and took really good care of us. I’ll definitely be back.

It was not the best food. My food came out cold as in the patty on my burger felt so cold, the utensils were dirty. They re-heated my food. It was still bad. Basically left the whole burger and ate all the fries. The waiter wasn’t attentive at all didn’t ask if we needed a refill on anything and was nervous talking and seemed to not know the menu. There were 3 tables that still had food on them and didn’t get cleaned till almost before we left. I waited almost 10 minutes for my receipt and had to ask someone else to go get her and she still proceeded to take long.

This place is always jam packed, I blame the fact that Odessa and Midland are not growing fast enough for the amount of people that are moving here or living here because of the oilfield. Surprisingly for 2 we were quickly seated. It does take staff a bit to get to you but our waiter was very attentive once be got us. The ice coffee tasted like diabetes in a cup and he changed it out for me no questions asked. Food was alright.

Christmas dinner… about 2.00 pm pretty busy.Waited approximately 15 minutes. Wife order a beef cheese sandwich and I ordered the Spicy Pablono omelet. Both were cooked to perfection. Come out hot and very fast service. The waitress which I did not catch her name did an outstanding 110 % job. Very nice and kept her smile the whole time. We swere seated in the middle section as you walk to the rear Register. Sorry I didnt get her name but she was a littler heavy set gal. She and IHOP get a 10 if I could. They were there for us to enjoy a Christmas dinner. Thanks again. I highly recommend this place.

Been out of work for a little, waiting on my broken wrist to heal. Staying up way too late, reading. Then I came here to IHOP. The service was great, the food was surprisingly good. And I got to read and eat outside of my house that I am going stir crazy in.
