Jessica is awesome I have not been to this IHOP more than three years for the reason of the customer service. The waitress Jessica was awesome very attentive look very professional. Going back to the restaurant the restroom no longer stinks. It looks really clean and smells wonderful. The food is awesome. I guess I will be coming to this IHOP.

DON’T EAT HERE!!
I’ve been coming to this location for five years and it’s always been hit or miss. Mostly ok at best.
Today was the last straw.
Was seated relatively quickly considering it was 10:37 am. Host was super nice.
I waited at my table for 17 minutes and every staff member that walked past my table made it a point to not make eye contact.
I went back to the host stand and the young man who’d seated me told me there was no manager on location at the time. I asked to speak to whomever was in charge so that management could get the message.
Jessica came out and said she wasn’t a manager but would pass my dissatisfaction to the management staff.
Not that it matters though. I guess I’ll have to take my business elsewhere.

I enjoy eating breakfast here, the staff is very attentive and I enjoy having conversations with them. The food is always warm and very tasty. I’m definitely coming back every time I’m in town! Dailie has been the most attentive and listens to what the client wants. 10/10 recommend!

This was by far the worst service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. We went to this IHOP on Sunday, March 8, and our server — a tall, heavyset man — didn’t even greet us when he came to take our order. He made us wait a long time before we could even place our order, and his attitude felt careless and dismissive the entire time.
What really shocked me was when he came to clear the table and asked us to hand him the plates ourselves. Since when are customers expected to pass plates to the waiter? That is literally part of the server’s job.
Extremely disappointing service and a very unprofessional attitude. I definitely will not be returning to this location.

When I first arrived I had to wait at the front while worker stared at me while they were sitting at tables laughing, being on their phones, and coloring/ eating. Once we finally got seated the kitchen staff were blasting music and our waiter only came 1 time to ask if everything was good, there were only 3 people working while 6 others sat at a booth only getting up when told to do something. They gave me terrible pancakes and my onion rings looked like they barely got fried

I was staying at the hotel next-door to this wonderful restaurant and they had given me a discount for IHOP. We went in there and everybody the entire staff were amazing. Our server was one of the best who recommended everything that was fantastic on the menu and we had a great Lunch. When I’m coming through this town again, I’ll be eating at this IHOP thank you

Service was horrible. Arrived and Noone was there to seat then after a few minutes someone finally (place wasn’t that busy as I’ve eaten there once before) After finally being seated I ordered and maybe 5 minutes later a family walks in and was seated and also ordered(from the same waitress) so im waiting for my food and 15 minutes later the large family seated next to me gets their food. I didnt think nothing of figured my food would be there soon. Another 15 minutes goes by the waitress says your food should be arriving shortly. She seats 2 more people and my order still hasn’t arrived so I seen her walk by and try to flag her down she dismisses me and ends up seating another family. At this time im extremely upset but I keep my cool and flag her down and tell her just to put my meal in a to go box. My meal comes and I pay and leave as not to cause a scene or take my anger out because I know im visibly upset. I leave and drive off and realize my food is extremely cold like it’s just been sitting for a while. Service was extremely horrible with no acknowledgement to the long wait. Will be contacting a corporate manager and will never eat at this location again
