We enjoyed a nice lunch traveling through towards Ft Worth. The food was awesome but nothing compared to our waitress Ashley! Ashley from Utah was a treat! From the second we met her she had the most amazing smile and pleasant personality! Ask for her when you go and you’ll feel greatly blessed having been touched by her smile and sunshine personality!

Worst service ever. We walked in as literally the only table. Took at least 15 minutes after seating to get drinks ordered. In that time 2 other tables came in. Waitress working took those tables orders before ours. Another table was seated. Their order was taken. After an hour plus we received our cold meals then watch the 3rd table get theirs warm. After receiving our cold entrees we were then served our cold appetizers. You couldn’t pay me to go back. Who ever the waitress was working night shift August 1 is a shameful thing. Ihop would do very good to be rid of such horrible help….if you could call it that….

Paid an extra 2.99 to get new York cheesecake pancakes and all they gave me was two strawberry’s in some simple syrup. Where’s the rest of it? I know damn well I didn’t pay $3 for two strawberries

Worst experience of my life, first thing I noticed my table wasn’t clean it was all sticky with syrup I asked three different waiters to clean it until finally someone did. Second my waiter never brought me my iced coffee third I had to ask another waitress that I haven’t received any service just when I thought I finally get food after waiting for someone to help me, my sauce that came with my mozzarella sticks wasn’t marinara, it was cocktail sauce, that really got me upset because I just wanted to enjoy my appetizer. Last I finally got my burger I ordered but I asked for union rings and they served me fries. I was so disappointed because I never received such bad service I just wanted to go home. In the end I still left a five dollar tip which IHOP don’t deserve because of this terrible service, but I try to keep composure. I will never come back here again

food was good but a little on the expensive side. we ended up getting the split decision for about 14 dollars which was a good deal, we split it between the 2 and it filled us pretty well. issues with charges on our credit card but was easily fixed thanks to the person that helped us there.

Friendly staff, but there was an odd 9pm Tuesday rush and they were understaffed. My omelet was okay, it’s Corporate Sysco food so I won’t judge too harshly but it needed lots of salt and pepper. A roach nonchalantly wandered under my table at one point.

I’ll start off by saying the server did his job well and he got tipped well for that but you guys need a new pancake recipe and is it too much to ask for fresh fruit and not something out of a can? Hash browns that aren’t burnt would be nice too. Possibly a new water filter as well. Cracker Barrel is a million times better. I’ll be going elsewhere for my breakfast.
