Amazing like always. Our waitress, Brianna, was absolutely wonderful. She made sure that we had full cups of coffee. Food was cooked to perfection. Best breakfast place in Lubbock. Always get our food fast, everything is correct, and hot! Thank you for making our date night amazing. Now…I need a nap.

I have visited this location as a guest twice recently. The entryway is tight, but a wheelchair guest can be seated at the back along the wall. The food meets expectations, bringing me back again alone even though I am on a limited budget where I think very carefully before eating out. Enjoyed the service–just right, a fine balance between letting me eat and making sure I am attended to. Good team of staff.

So first, we went to an IHOP near South Plains, and they told us it would be a 45-minute wait. So we went to the one on 19th Street and University Ave instead. They took our order within 15 minutes of us getting there and said it would be a 30–45 minute wait. But get this, it took them 2.5 to 3 hours to bring our food, and there was no apology at all when we are leaving.
We were seated near an air vent, and it was so cold that I was literally shivering with hunger. My friend ordered a hot chocolate, and after a while it even developed a frozen oil layer because of how cold it was. I had three refills before I even saw my sandwich. I could understand waiting an hour if it was a complicated dish or something like that, but a sandwich, fries, and a Pepsi? 2.5 hours??
We also saw people who came after us get served before us, and they clearly prioritized online orders while we were sitting there hungry and freezing.
If we had been told it would take more than an hour, we would’ve gone somewhere else.

Tonight we went to IHOP and had the best sever named Balinda. She did an incredible job and made sure that we were all taken care of and she was super friendly. It made me want to come back very soon and she made my night. I love it here!

We had the best IHOP experience. The food was good and customized just right. I asked our waiter, Derrick, to make me a sad face pancake. He obliged. Derrick has only been a server for 3 weeks, but you would think he had a ton of experience. He was friendly, accommodating and made great menu suggestions. IHOP is lucky to have a great employee. He made our night!

Came here for breakfast around 6:00 on 4/12 before donating blood. I was told to have a high protein, low fat breakfast beforehand, so I ordered the veggie egg white omelette with fruit. My server, Matthew, took great care of me and kept my coffee cup full. The omelette was scrumptious with delicious mushrooms and spinach with tangy pops of roasted tomatoes throughout. And the fruit was firm and fresh. The coffee was warm and delightful, without being bitter. Overall I enjoyed a great healthy meal to get me ready for my blood donation. And I had a good time too!
